The spiritual realm is more real to believers in Christ than the physical realm. As believers of Jesus’ Lordship, we know Jesus rose up on the third day, and that he came from heaven to earth. Jesus was in the heavens, but he came to earth for our benefit. Moses told us that Yahweh separated the sons of Adam and that he set the bounds of the nations according to the number of the angels of God, Deuteronomy 32:8. But what if those angels left their positions in the heavens and rebelled from their stations in lieu of becoming earthlings. They could not become humans, but they could procreate with humans and create a different race of beings, part human and part angel. What if they had a leader? One who could not change his form, but could promise positions and power to those who would join in a mutiny from the Creator. How can any created being believe in his own ability to usurp the Creator? When we studied the dragon, drakon/draco, we found that he is a magnificent creation, made to sport with the angels. That was his purpose. He seems to be so good at it that he caused other sons of God to fall away from the Creator and join the mutiny with him. Let’s explore.

Yahweh Elohim says that there would be enmity, hostility, and opposition between the serpent, who is the devil, and the woman. This explains why women have such a fierceness against the devil. There is hatred between women and the devil. Let’s remember, humans are the only beings who procreate, the devil doesn’t procreate, the satan doesn’t procreate, the cherubim don’t procreate, the seraphim don’t procreate, the ophanim don’t procreate. Humans procreate. Animals also procreate. But unless the sons of God leave their dwelling, they do not procreate among their kind.
Consider this, if the devil wants to be like the Most High God, he will have to create beings. But he cannot create. He can not reproduce either. If the devil wants to overthrow the Creator, and steal his creation, he will need help. He seems to have the help of one third of the angels.
The next thing we see is the hatred between the woman’s seed and the serpent’s seed. The serpent, the devil, has seed. This is not future as in ‘he will have seed in the future’, he has seed. The idea of seed here is offspring. How does the women have offspring? Her egg is fertilized by sperm. How does the devil have seed? The devil’s first seed is by adoption. Remember the devil was created to sport with, prick, and goad, the angels, sons of God of all types and classes. Some had fallen, irreparably, aligning with, and connecting with, the devil. That is the devil’s first seed. The second seed of the serpent/devil is when the fallen sons of God procreated with earth women. This happened during the days of Jared’s birth.
Keep in mind that Jesus is the only begotten of the Father, but we are adopted sons and daughters.
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Rom 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Who then are the sons of God, sons of Elohim? In order to understand angelology, demonology, and mythology, we need to work through this section. Anyone who has worked in deliverance ministry can understand this study from the practical side. We have studied this previously and in this study we will take a historical view.

The Greek word γίγαντες means “giants”, in Hebrew נפל נפיל means “Nephil" “a feller”, or “ones who fell”. This word is used 30 times in the Greek. Why were they famous? They were destroying humanity, and Yahweh Elohim gave them one hundred and twenty years on the earth before the flood. Let’s read the ISV.
Gen 6:1 Now after the population of human beings had increased throughout the earth, and daughters had been born to them,
Gen 6:2 some divine beings noticed how attractive human women were, so they took wives for themselves from a selection that pleased them.
Gen 6:3 So the LORD said, "My Spirit won't remain with human beings forever, because they're truly mortal. Their lifespan will be 120 years."
Gen 6:4 The Nephilim were on the earth at that time (and also immediately afterward), when those divine beings were having sexual relations with those human women, who gave birth to children for them. These children became the heroes and legendary figures of ancient times.
We have to remember this is not a subject that many people understand. The problem for us is that if we do not understand this subject we cannot understand why we are here. We also will not understand deliverance ministry. Neither will we understand the spiritual battles that we are living through. Let’s look at several historical documents starting with Jubilees.
Jubilees 4:15 In the second week of the tenth jubilee Mahalalel took to him to wife Dinah, the daughter of Barakiel the daughter of his father’s brother, and she gave birth to a son in the third week in the sixth year, and he called his name Jared, for in his days the angels of the Lord descended on the earth, those who are named the Watchers, that they should instruct the children of men, and that they should do judgment and uprightness on the earth. 16 In the eleventh jubilee Jared took to himself a wife, and her name was Baraka, the daughter of Rasujal, a daughter of his father’s brother, in the fourth week of this jubilee, and she gave birth to a son in the fifth week, in the fourth year of the jubilee, and he called his name Enoch. 17 He was the first among men that are born on earth who learned writing and knowledge and wisdom and who wrote down the signs of heaven according to the order of their months in a book, that men might know the seasons of the years according to the order of their separate months. 18 He was the first to write a testimony and he testified to the sons of men among the generations of the earth, and recounted the weeks of the jubilees, and made known to them the days of the years, and set in order the months and recounted the Sabbaths of the years as we made them, known to him. 19 And what was and what will be he saw in a vision of his sleep, as it will happen to the children of men throughout their generations until the day of judgment; he saw and understood everything, and wrote his testimony, and placed the testimony on earth for all the children of men and for their generations. 20 In the twelfth jubilee, in the seventh week of it, he took to himself a wife, and her name was Edna, the daughter of Danel, the daughter of his father’s brother, and in the sixth year in this week she gave birth to a son and he called his name Methuselah. 21 He was with the angels of God these six jubilees of years, and they showed him everything that is on earth and in the heavens, the rule of the sun, and he wrote down everything. 22 And he testified to the Watchers, who had sinned with the daughters of men; for these had begun to unite themselves, so as to be defiled with the daughters of men, and Enoch testified against them all. 23 And he was taken from among the children of men, and we conducted him into the Garden of Eden in majesty and honor, and there he wrote down the condemnation and judgment of the world, and all the wickedness of the children of men. 24 Because of it God brought the waters of the flood on all the land of Eden; for there he was set as a sign and that he should testify against all the children of men, that he should recount all the deeds of the generations until the day of condemnation.

At the time that Jared was born, watchers came to earth to instruct the children of men, or the offspring of the woman. Jared had a son, Enoch. Enoch wrote books and when the angels took him to meet Yahweh, he interceded for the fallen watchers. Enoch then was taken to the Garden of Eden, Paradise.
Jubilees 7:21 Because of these three things came the flood on the earth, namely, the fornication that the Watchers committed against the law of their ordinances when they went whoring after the daughters of men, and took themselves wives of all they chose, and they made the beginning of uncleanness. 22 And they begat sons, the Naphilim (Naphidim), and they were all dissimilar, and they devoured one another, and the Giants killed the Naphil, and the Naphil killed the Eljo, and the Eljo killed mankind, and one man killed one another. 23 Every one committed himself to crime and injustice and to shed much blood, and the earth was filled with sin. 24 After this they sinned against the beasts and birds, and all that moved and walked on the earth, and much blood was shed on the earth, and men continually desired only what was useless and evil. 25 And the Lord destroyed everything from the face of the earth. The offspring of the fallen sons of God who were adopted by the devil, became known in three classes, the Nephilim, the Giants, and the Eljo. Then they turned the earth into a bloody place. Demons, the disembodied spirits of the heirs of the fallen sons of God, started seducing humans. What does Enoch tells us about these fallen watchers?
Book of the Watchers
Enoch 10:4 And again the Lord said to Raphael: 'Bind Azazel hand and foot, and cast him into the darkness and split open the desert, which is in Dudael, and cast him in. 5 And fill the hole by covering him with rough and jagged rocks, and cover him with darkness, and let him live there forever, and cover his face that he may not see the light. 6 And on the day of the great judgment he shall be hurled into the fire. 7 And heal the earth which the angels have ruined, and proclaim the healing of the earth, for I will restore the earth and heal the plague, that not all of the children of men may perish through all the secret things that the Watchers have disclosed and have taught their sons. 8 The whole earth has been corrupted through the works that were taught by Azazel: to him ascribe ALL SIN.' 9 To Gabriel said the Lord: 'Proceed against the bastards and the reprobates, and against the children of fornication and destroy the children of fornication and the children of the Watchers. If we remember, there is a scapegoat offering due to the watchers and specifically Azazel. Why were the Jews told to keep this scapegoat sacrifice after the flood? Could it be that after the flood the one watcher inspired others to descend to earth?

Enoch 16:1 ‘And at the death of the giants, spirits will go out and shall destroy without incurring judgment, coming from their bodies their flesh shall be destroyed until the day of the consummation, the great judgment in which the age shall be consummated, over the Watchers and the godless, and shall be wholly consummated.’ 2 And now as to the Watchers who have sent you to intercede for them, who had been in heaven before, 3 (Say to them): "You were in heaven, but all the mysteries of heaven had not been revealed to you, and you knew worthless ones, and these in the hardness of your hearts you have made known to the women, and through these mysteries women and men work much evil on earth." 4 Say to them therefore: "You have no peace."

Let’s look at the Book of Jasher. This book says things slightly differently so that if we were unaware of the Bible and the other historical books we might not understand it.
Jasher 4:14 And Methuselah called his name Noah, saying, The earth was in his days at rest and free from corruption, and Lamech his father called his name Menachem, saying, This one shall comfort us in our works and miserable toil in the earth, which God had cursed. 15 And the child grew up and was weaned, and he went in the ways of his father Methuselah, perfect and upright with God. 16 And all the sons of men departed from the ways of the Lord in those days as they multiplied on the face of the earth with sons and daughters, and they taught one another their evil practices and they continued sinning against the Lord. 17 Every man made to himself a god, and they robbed and plundered every man his neighbor as well as his relative, and they corrupted the earth, and the earth was filled with violence. 18 And their judges and rulers went to the daughters of men and took their wives by force from their husbands according to their choice, and the sons of men in those days took from the cattle of the earth, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the air, and taught the mixture of animals of one species with the other, in order therewith to provoke the Lord; and God saw the whole earth and it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted its ways on earth, all men and all animals. 19 And the Lord said, I will blot out man that I created from the face of the earth, yea from man to the birds of the air , together with cattle and beasts that are in the field , for I repent that I made them. 20 And all men who walked in the ways of the Lord , died in those days, before the Lord brought the evil on man which he had declared, for this was from the Lord , that they should not see the evil which the Lord spoke of concerning the sons of men. 21 And Noah found grace in the sight of the Lord, and the Lord chose him and his children to raise up offspring on the face of the whole earth.

The first thing that we want to notice is “their judges and rulers”. Who were the judges and rulers? The watchers who came from heaven to teach men. They were to intercede for men as well, they were gods to humans, rulers and judges. They were not only mixing humans, they were mixing animals which also provoked Yahweh. Josephus gives us some more insight.

NOW this posterity of Seth continued to esteem God as the Lord of the universe, and to have an entire regard to virtue, for seven generations; but in process of time they were perverted, and forsook the practices of their forefathers; and did neither pay those honors to God which were appointed them, nor had they any concern to do justice towards men. But for what degree of zeal they had formerly shown for virtue, they now showed by their actions a double degree of wickedness, whereby they made God to be their enemy. For many angels (11) of God accompanied with women, and begat sons that proved unjust, and despisers of all that was good, on account of the confidence they had in their own strength; for the tradition is, that these men did what resembled the acts of those whom the Grecians call giants. But Noah was very uneasy at what they did; and being displeased at their conduct, persuaded them to change their dispositions and their acts for the better: but seeing they did not yield to him, but were slaves to their wicked pleasures, he was afraid they would kill him, together with his wife and children, and those they had married; so he departed out of that land.

(11) This notion, that the fallen angels were, in some sense, the fathers of the old giants, was the constant opinion of antiquity.
Josephus gives us this documentation during the first century. As a historian he recorded that many angels procreated sons and the Greeks called these sons giants. Why were they known as giants? Because they were exceptionally large. There was some type of malfunction mixing the seeds. The Dead Sea Scrolls give us some further history.
The Damascus Community
Hear now, my sons, and I will uncover your eyes that you may see and understand the works of God, that you may choose that which pleases Him and reject that which He hates, that you may walk perfectly in all His ways and not follow after thoughts of the guilty inclination and after eyes of lust. For through them, great men have gone astray and mighty heroes have stumbled from former times till
now. Because they walked in the stubbornness of their heart the Heavenly Watchers fell; they were caught because they did not keep the commandments of God. And their sons also fell who were tall as cedar trees and whose bodies were like mountains. All flesh on dry land perished; they were as though they had never been because they did their own will and did not keep the commandment of their Maker so that His wrath was kindled against them. Ill Through it, the children of Noah went astray together with their kin, and were cut off. Abraham did not walk in it, and he was accounted a friend of God because he kept the commandments of God and did not choose his own will. And he handed them down to Isaac and Jacob, who kept them, and were recorded as friends of God and party to the Covenant for ever The children of Jacob strayed through them and were punished in accordance with their error And their sons in Egypt walked in the stubbornness of their hearts, conspiring against the commandments of God and each of them doing that which seemed right in his own eyes.
This is a warning to the Damascus Community, giving them history and admonishing them to follow the commands of God. A fragment from the Book of Giants explains two dreams that two giants had. Enoch was asked to interpret the dreams. From hindsight we see that the first dream is in regards to Noah and his sons. The second dream is in regards to the white throne judgment at the end of the age.

These are only a few of the historical documents that tell us about the history of humanity. What we want to recognize is that no matter which era these ideas were written, up through the time of the first century when Josephus chronicled history, this was common knowledge. People who were religious scholars knew this history. It wasn’t until 400 AD that the ideas were being looked down upon. In an effort to quell mythology, all angelology and demonology began to be erased.
Coming back to the idea of the two seeds. Before humanity was created there had already been an adopted seed of the serpent. After the creation of humanity, the adopted seed of the serpent procreated their own seed using earth women. The serpent’s seed is still expanding as heirs of the fallen sons of God multiply. Notice what Solomon writes.
Wisdom 14:6 (Brenton) For in the old time also, when the proud giants perished, the hope of the world governed by thy hand escaped in a weak vessel, and left to all ages a seed of generation
The proud giants perished in the flood and the hope of humanity was put in a wooden ark. This is the seed of the woman, escaping from the seed of the serpent. This was not the last that we would hear or see of giants. They were on the earth after the flood. Why were the giants proud? They thought of themselves as a better breed than humans, they were large and strong, but they had a mentality of hostility and control over humans. Their mental and emotional disposition is different from humans, they are angry, bloody, and divisive. They intend to hurt humans instead of help humans. The death of those who worship Yahweh gives them more room for their own lawlessness.
One of our biggest problems has been our misunderstanding of the devil/dragon/serpent. For a created being to overthrow its creator, it must have an army. However, it must also disguise itself. Why did Job believe that the dragon had been already overthrown? Was a misconception created so that people would not know there was an enemy?

The word bolt in this case means “lock” which is derived from “keys”. How can locks and keys be in awe of Yahweh? They can’t, they are inanimate objects. But angelic beings who are guards that lock with keys, can be in awe of Yahweh.
Job believes that Yahweh has already put to the apostate dragon to death. Yahweh has not. This is why Job believed that Yahweh was harming him. It was the devil picking on Job, and Job had to be taught in a practical way. Now that we know that there is a seed of the serpent, we can understand Jesus’ words to the Pharisees.

Jesus calls the Pharisees “serpents and offspring of vipers”. How did the Pharisaical priesthood become infiltrated? How did the seed of the serpent end up practicing rituals in the temple?
There are some interesting things to think about here. There are at least three other civilizations that have mythologies of gods coming to earth and procreating children. Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Abraham had a son with an Egyptian woman. Abraham also married a Canaanite women and they had six sons. Israel was in Egypt for four hundred years. Israel mixed with the surrounding nations almost immediately upon entering the land of Canaan. The Philistines were a mixed tribe of heirs of the Nephil and they ruled over Israel numerous times. Joshua did not drive out all the tribes.
David nearly eradicated the Philistines, but he did something interesting, he merged the priesthood of the Levites with the Zadok Priesthood. The Zadok Priests were priests under Shem and Eber, in their school for many years. David merged these two groups when he entered Jebus though the well. Solomon built the temple, however at the time of the kingdom split, defilement entered into the temple. There were booths for male and female prostitutes, the worship of the stars, constellations, planets, the worship of idols, the worship of the Cherubim, passing the children through the fire, infant and child sacrifice, etc. The Zadok Priests departed the temple service and moved to various communities as well as to the schools of the prophets in the north near Carmel and the south near Bethel, and in the eastern mountains. Remember that the prophets were all of the Zadok Priesthood and were not in temple service. Most were hated by the Levitical Priests. This defilement lasted three hundred and thirty seven years until the Spirit of Glory left the temple, and the southern kingdom went into captivity.
When Cyrus allowed the Israelites to return to the land, they built their own houses first, then the wall, then the temple. The temple of Nehemiah became defiled when Jonathan Apphus was allowed to become a High Priest even though he didn’t have Aaronic lineage. That was during the defeat of the Seleucids when the Hasmoneans were taking over politically. This caused a division among the devout Jews, and many felt led by the Holy Spirit to establish a community in Damascus. There were other communities that these people went to that were established by the Zadok Priests, one in Nazareth, one in Qumran, and one near Alexandria.
Jesus was a Nazarene, his family sailed to Alexandria to live among the Therapeutaes for a few years until Herod had died. Jesus and his cousin John went to school in the desert under the Essenes. At thirty years old Jesus finished school and went into the northern country. He started teaching in the synagogues, preaching among the people, healing the sick and lame, and raising the dead. He opened many blind eyes and deaf ears. Why was Jesus so different from the Pharisees? Because he was not “of” them. His seed was not a mixed seed from fallen angels. His seed was created in Mary from the Holy Spirit. He was not like the mixed genos. This is why Jesus called out all the evil that these religious leaders did. He knew they were children of the serpent.
John the Baptist was also an Essene, he was finished with his schooling six months before Jesus. Notice what John says about these Pharisees.
Mat 3:7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
Mat 3:8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
Mat 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
Mat 3:10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Mat 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
Mat 3:12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
John and Jesus both understood history. We see the Pharisees claiming to be from Abraham, but of which mother were they from? Were they from Hagar, Sarah, or Keturah? Did their lineage deviate from pure lines? Some of Jacobs heirs left at the time of the exodus for Greece, Spain and onto the British Isles. After entering the promised land the tribe of Dan left in ships to join the others. After the captivity of the northern and southern kingdom, many of Jacob’s heirs went elsewhere, like Arsereth/Arsareth. These people who are heirs of Jacob are not lost, Yahweh knows exactly where they are and as we know 144,000 will be sealed during the first half of the tribulation, and then harpazo’d during the mid point of the tribulation. These Pharisees and Scribes were not true heirs of Jacob. However even if they were genetically pure, spiritually they gave their allegiance over to the devil via adoption, and should never have been religious leaders in the temple.
Why is there such a fight over Israel? Why has Israel always been a point of contention between the seed of the serpent and the seed of the women?
Enoch 6:1And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born to them beautiful and fair daughters. 2 And the angels, the sons of heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: 'Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men 3 And have children with them.' And Semjaza, who was their leader, said to them: 'I fear you will not agree to do this deed, 4 And I alone shall have to pay the penalty of this great sin.' 5 And they all answered him and said: ‘Let us all swear an oath, and all bind ourselves by mutual curses so we will not abandon this plan but to do this thing.' Then they all swore together and bound themselves by mutual curses. 6 And they were in all two hundred who descended in the days of Jared in the summit of Mount Hermon, and they called it Mount Hermon, because they had sworn and bound themselves by mutual curses on the act. 7 And these are the names of their leaders: Samlazaz, their leader, Araklba, Rameel, Kokablel, Tamlel, Ramlel, Danel, Ezeqeel, Baraqijal, 8 Asael, Armaros, Batarel, Ananel, Zaqiel, Samsapeel, Satarel, Turel, Jomjael, Sariel. These are their chiefs of tens.

Mount Hermon or Aermon was the place where these angels came down from heaven to earth. Is this a special place to the heirs of the Nephil? Mount Hermon is in the northern region of Israel and today there is a ski area there. Jude tells us that these angels are now awaiting the white throne judgment in a dark prison.

The angels did not watch or guard their origin but left behind their private house, meaning they changed their “residence” or their angelic body where their spirit dwelt. When they came to earth they regarded their body as a prison and instead of guarding their body, they left it behind. Now these first two hundred are guarded in eternal imprisonment under darkness and they await the white throne judgment.
Jacob saw angels in a dream, then Yahweh spoke to him and told him that the land was for his seed.

Notice that in Jacob’s dream the angels are going to and from heaven. The word κλίμαξ is translated “scale” but can also be translated “staircase”. The idea is that as with a balance scale one side goes up and the other goes down, like an elevator. This staircase is fixed in the earth and the head of the stairs reaches into heaven. Yahweh confirms it or reestablishes it. Yahweh speaks to Jacob and tells him that this land will be for Jacob’s seed. Jacob was on his way to Haran which is in modern day Turkey, but he had left Beersheba. Was he near Mount Hermon? Mount Hermon is between Beersheba and Haran. Is it possible that this staircase or elevator is still in Israel? Is it possible that the reason the seed of the serpent want this land is to keep control of the angels ascending and descending?
If a being which was created to sport with, antagonize, prick and goad, the other sons of God, and tricked them into defecting from their created positions, isn’t it also likely that this same being could be tricking humans as well? We know that the disembodied spirits of the fallen watchers are on the earth without bodies. We know that they are under the command of fallen beings and the devil.
