It is starting to seem that those who advocated for the mixing of genetics are mysteriously falling ill. Even those who joke about how much Jesus loves them because they mixed their genetics seem to fall over, in an enigmatic way. It is quite disturbing to learn that there are people in the body of Christ in high positions who are encouraging the mixing of genetics. The technology was being developed as a cancer treatment but had not been successful as of yet. Then it seemed as if the whole world went crazy and tyrannical over the forced mixing of genos. I read about one person who seems to have his fingers in many pies in the Body of Christ, who advocates for Christians to mix their genes with unknown DNA. Are we to assume that someone with a high position in Christendom has no idea that the subject of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, deals heavily with the mixing of genes, and the progeny of the mixed races? Or are we to assume such leaders in Christendom, with fingers in many pies, know nothing about the mixed genos, or the ongoing problems of the mixed genos in society? Jesus gave us a solution to our mixed genos, and eradicating the spirits that attach themselves to our contaminated genos. But there seems to be something else going on here. We realize that judgment comes on the House of God first, and that means that as we get closer to several events spoken of by the prophets, there will be a separating of people out from the Body of Christ.
This push to mix the genos of humans is simply round one. There will be other attempts. We know that in the tribulation there will be an identifying mark that everyone will have, and that it will be needed in order to buy and to sell. But there is also the need for an army to rise up against the creator. How can an army of sane people think they can overtake The Creator of Heaven and Earth? Something would have to change within their genos to compromise their mental faculties. Since scientists have been working on the “god gene” in order to erase the Elohim out of people’s minds, it would be reasonable to think that future programs would exploit this to their own advantage. Gathering an army against The Creator would be easier, especially if people are told their enemies are aliens from another planet, rather than The Creator. Nonetheless, the deceptions and seductions are a constant, meaning that they happen in every generation. Instead of being surprised over enemy infiltration into the Church we can be informed. Then we can learn how to mitigate the issue for ourselves.

There are two events mentioned here, the parousia, and the above gathering. What is this above gathering? The base of this word, sunago is an “assembly”. When we look at all its usages we see that it is a “rising up together”. The prefix Epi means “above”. What above gathering is Paul referring to? Harpazo. It is a complete collection, a worship assembly. As we looked at the resurrection earlier, we recognized that Paul moved up the timing of the event and defined those who are the just as those who believe on Jesus. Now Paul further defines the harpazo as a complete “above gathering”. We can see how specific this is.

Paul points out three ways for people to become agitated and cry. One is through spirit, an evil spirit, or a demon. The Holy Spirit will never agitate anyone or lead anyone away from what the prophets wrote. The second way to become agitated is to listen to people who are stating things contrary to the message that Paul already preached in Thessalonica. The third way is through written messages. In Paul’s time there were many letters sent out to the different churches and synagogues. This is how people kept up with the news. Some people thought they had a right to speak into everyone’s lives, disregarding the disciples and prophets. They sent out letters claiming that the Lord had already come and now people were waiting for the Day of the Lord. Paul is telling people not to regard anything that differs from what he wrote. Jeremiah had a similar problem in his time, as we will see. Three ways that we become led astray and become agitated in our mind: evil spirits, false prophets, and false teachers.
The same things happen today. An evil spirit stirs someone up to believe something false. Someone boldly declares something contrary to the apostles such as “there is no harpazo and everyone has to go through the tribulation”. Someone writes a book contrary to the apostles teachings as to why there is no such thing as the harpazo. This is what Paul is dealing with and we could say that we deal with the same things as well. It’s not like Satanas has anything new to throw at us.
Do not be oscillated in mind, or do not let your mind spin out of control. Neither be disturbed by any thing or any one that the Day of the Lord is not present. Paul told the Thessalonian Church to rest regarding their suffering and now tells them not to spin out of control regarding the timing of these events, the parousia, the episunagoge, and the apocalypse. Paul then says not to let anyone deceive you because that day will not come until the falling away comes first.

The Day of the Lord will not come unless there comes a defection first. Verse 2 of 2 Thessalonians 2 says that the Day of Christ is not present or happening now. What defection is coming? Who is going to defect? There will be a defection from truth and an apocalypse of the man of sin. Let’s cover this defection first.

This is a really strong sentiment by Paul. There will be a falling away, a divorce, or a revolt. What we see this word apostasia (apostay) expressing is a “defection from the truth”. 1Timothy 4 says that some will be led away by spirits of delusion and instructions of demons. Somehow, there will be a defection from truth, or a forsaking of the truth. Then the man of sin is uncovered, apokaluptō.
Are we close to the man of sin being uncovered? Probably not, but we want to consider who is going to fall away. Will the unbelievers fall away or defect from truth? No. Will the satan worshippers fall away from truth? No. The only ones who can fall away from truth are those who had the truth. Some people had the truth, but became thoroughly deceived or wholly seduced. The word exapataō is in the aorist tense, meaning that there is no reference to duration or completion of the action. It is the idea that people will be deceived and fall away from the time that Paul wrote this until the harpazo. People will continually be seduced wholly and will fall away. The deception comes downward from a spiritual place above. Paul says don’t let anyone downwardly deceive you thoroughly and don’t turn. There will be a defection from truth before the revealing of the sinful son of perdition. Paul is putting out the warning that there is a continuous deception leading to falling away, not a one time event. After deception, apostasy. This is first.
Being that there is no time limit on deception and seduction, we can understand that we will see people who claim to be in the Body of Christ, with prominent positions of leadership, be deceived and seduced. Why? Well, we know that sometimes Satanas elevates people so far and so fast they have no time to read and study on their own. They tend to rely on others for eating spiritual food once per week. We should consider that deception sneaks in early, a little at a time. Deception does not show up all at once in full, forcing a decision, it picks a small matter here and there. Any error can lead to dismissing portions of scripture to substantiate the error, which is deception. Pretty soon people believe that the Bible is just a nice book with nice stories but of no relevance for today.
Some people claim that the apostasy is the harpazo, but if we look at the word, it is in a negative connotation. Humans cannot “revolt” to heaven, we do not have that kind of power. Apostasy is the idea of being forsaken, falling away from what is right. Now from an earthly perspective, for one who is left behind, the harpazo will seem like a negative event, people left the earth. But from Paul’s perspective the harpazo is a positive event.

The lawless son of destruction will be haughty and boastful to everyone. He will affirm elohim. He will affirm that he is the elohim and an object of worship by going into the temple. We know that he is not The Elohim, Father, Son, or Holy Spirit. Remember “im” makes the word “God” plural, three or more. This also tells us that he is backed by two other spiritual beings. This man’s announcement will wake a lot of people up, but unfortunately it will be a bad time to mention it. There will be a lot of blood under the altar.
This man will sit in the Holy of Holies and not die, and so people will think that this is proof that he is god. He will reside where the Living God would reside if the Living God was in the temple as in the day of Solomon. Since this man does not die, many people believe him and worship him. Paul told them about this when he was visiting. John gives us more details regarding this man and this time period. Nevertheless there will be someone who is under the power of Satanas who will pretend to be god.

Paul has already told the Thessalonians that there would be a continual deception. He told them that people would fall away. He told them that the son of perdition would sit in the temple claiming to be god. Doesn’t this mean that there must be a temple for him to sit in? He must sit in the Holy of Holies. Not just an altar, a temple.

The word katechō, is a combination of kata, “downward”, and echō, to “hold”. Someone has the evil one in a downward hold, in other words pinned down on the mat until the revealing. This doesn’t mean all evil is held back, it means the son of perdition cannot rise up and reveal himself until the one holding back says so. We too are constrained from the harpazo. The sinful manfaced of destruction cannot be revealed while we are here. Until we go up, he cannot come to power.
Literally: the one binding knows until the apocalypse in his season. The word “you” does not appear in the text, so the one binding knows and is holding down these future events until it is the due season for the lawless man of sin to be revealed. We are constrained from the resurrection. The man of sin is constrained from his appearing.
While believers in Christ are on the earth, the man of sin who pretends to be god cannot present himself as god. The Holy Spirit is on the earth now and this poser cannot come into his false power while the Holy Spirit is on the earth. There is one constraining us and the man of sin, and we know who it is. Why are we detained on the earth? We are waiting for the number of nations to come into the Body of Christ, as Romans tells us. We are also in a time frame in the age of grace, heading toward the tribulation. We are held down until the one holding us down is ready to release us. The one holding us down does so until the revealing of the man of sin in his own season. That same one, the Holy Spirit, holds back the revealing of this person to the world until the harpazo has occurred.
1 John tells us that “greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world”. That statement being true means that the Holy Spirit within us is greater than what the lawless man of sin has residing within him. Therefore the man of sin, the son of destruction, cannot come to power while the Body of Christ is still residing on the earth. He may be on the earth, but he is not in power, he is not energized by satan. As of today there is no temple for this fake god to sit in. There must be a temple for him to sit in, this is a benchmark in time for us to remember. Greater is the one in me, therefore the lawless one cannot be revealed, and without a temple to sit in, he cannot claim himself to be god.

What is the mystery of sin? Mustērion means “something hidden”, but it can go as deep as “a secret religion with an initiation”. We know that one of the mysteries is that it would be Christ in the believer, the hope of glory. We know that another mystery is that we are the ones who present the multifaceted wisdom of Jesus our Yahweh to the principalities and rulers. The qualifier here is the word anomia; translated “illegality, violation of law, wickedness, sin, or disobedience”. One aspect of the mystery of sin is that after Satanas enticed angels to defect or fall, he enticed them to change the human genome. After Yahweh aborted their mission, they took their mission underground. Again, none of the spiritual sons of the Elohim can procreate amongst their own genos. Who are they going to rule over? Humans. There is a mystery here because as we know, they cannot ultimately succeed, but they do succeed in deceiving thoroughly or wholly seducing some people. This mystery of sin is already at work. It is simply taking on more sophisticated means as the age gets closer to ending.
The mystery of lawlessness is already energized. It is in operation on the earth. But there is one holding it and us back at this moment. The restrainer comes out from the middle. We have to come out from the middle of the unbelievers on earth and rise to heaven. We are harpazo’d from the middle of those who do not love the truth. We have the Holy Spirit within us, we are sealed until the day of redemption. Once we are harpazo’d then the uncovering of the lawless one will be revealed. There is never a time when the Holy Spirit is ripped out of the believers on the earth to leave them helpless and hopeless. There is never a time since Pentecost when the Holy Spirit departs the earth and comes out of the children of the Living God. The Holy Spirit and the redeemed all leave together, harpazo.
Who is thoroughly deceived and wholly seduced? Many people within the Body of Christ are either unaware, or intentionally planted, to thoroughly deceive others. If the Holy Spirit was never indwelling someone, or the Holy Spirit has been renounced as with Solomon, then those individuals are not leading others in the direction of Yahweh. Then it is easy to thoroughly deceive the Body of Christ. It is a meticulous deception. It starts a bit at a time.
Besides the genetic mixing we have the ingrafting of evil. As we know from Job, Drakōn attempts to ingraft. We have learned that the devil was created to be sported with by the angels and we have learned that the devil/dragon is a prick or a goad. But there is another aspect to explore regarding the devil/dragon and how we then wage war against this stinger.

The word egkentrizō literally means “in sting” or “instrumentally goad”. The devil/dragon was created to literally be a prick or to prick. There is a created opponent to the angels who competes and stings. He did not become an opponent, he was created as an opponent. The devil/dragon was poieō, formed or made to be sported with. The devil/dragon was manufactured and constructed to be a competitor, a being that would sting and goad. Yahweh also tells us that the devil/dragon was made to be played with by the angels. There is no suggestion of the devil being made to be played with by man. This is why humanity has been at a disadvantage in this sport. We simply have lacked the full knowledge of what is going on because the devil/dragon is the elohim of this cosmos.

There is another aspect of this which we must research. The devil tries to in-graft like a scion. We could think of this as ingrafting a shoot from one type of tree into a different tree or bush, to grow up together. Sometimes people ingraft two different varieties of apple trees into one apple tree so that they self pollinate and produce three different varieties of apples. This ingrafting will start with thoughts and ideas, trying to get humans to agree with those thoughts that may be contrary to what Yahweh intends for humans. Once these thoughts take hold, there is further merging and ingrafting of actions that are contrary to our Creator’s plans for humanity. Once the grafting fully takes, the individual’s soul and spirit are merged with the evil of the devil/dragon.
Even the heirs of the fallen angels have a free will opportunity to love and serve Yahweh. Their DNA is part angelic and part human, but they have freewill to choose who they will serve. It would seem that most chimera (genetically mixed beings) tend to follow after their fallen ancestors.
Those who allow the ingrafting of the devil/dragon into their lives become a different being. They are not as they have been created. This is how we are to war. First, by resisting the ingrafting of thoughts, then deeds, before we are faced with being fully grafted with the devil/dragon, so that we end up doing his will as opposed to the will of our Creator.

If something can be grafted into a human that would genetically alter humans, would that be a plan that the future tribulation leaders would like to try out today? Would there be a practice event, to see how it turns out? What if the practice event ends up killing humans? Certainly depopulation is important, but not the depopulation of Satanas’ army. There will be a new “disease” and a new genetic altering solution until the church is taken out of the way.
Remember what we studied last week? Jesus said that this genos comes out by prayer and fasting. This genos can come out. It takes work. When someone grafts one plant into another there is a period of time where the graft is not adhered. This is the easiest time to un-graft. But if the graft has been in too long, we then rely on the the logos as the sword with the laser precision to separate the graft. The Holy Spirit can un-graft, start the process with prayer and fasting to loosen its hold. There is no doom and gloom here, only hard work. Hard is not bad it is just hard.
We are schooled to be nice in the Church, we give people audience and respect without checking their references. They come to us as wolves in sheep clothing. We make the mistake of looking for earthly success as the evidence of fruit. Satanas is very capable of pouring out riches and prominence on people who work for him. Therefore we look for spiritual fruit from the Holy Spirit. We look for the gifts of the Spirit as well. But even in that, one must observe and question for a period of time. The biggest give away is the lack of knowledge of scripture. If one is in opposition to the written word, then that one, with their ideas, should immediately be held in abeyance until research and understanding can be done.
Why does the Elohim make these subjects a bit hidden? Because it is the glory of the Elohim to hide the logos, but the glory of kings to venerate a matter. We respect what Yahweh hid. We search it out to know. This puts our dependance on Him not on ourselves. We are called to be kings and priests, we should be searching for the hidden logos. There are many subjects in the Bible that have not always been known. It took time for the Bible to be written in common language and it took time for the technology for the common translations to be searched backward as close to the original as possible. Therefore if someone came to a realization in the 1800’s it does not mean that it was a new subject, it was simply newly known to more people than before. Knowledge gets lost. Mixed genos, the perverted genos, the earthborn, the iron hybrids, the changings, the Philistines, the progeny of asps, and the Nephilim, have all been hiding in plain site. They have always been a main subject of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation. There is nothing new about it, it all was written long ago, the new-er writings are two thousand years old. Just because we are understanding the subject today does not mean it is new to everyone. The writers understood it quite well. It is the mission of Satanas to thoroughly deceive and wholly seduce us.
There are many people who claim to be prophets, but I would suggest that many are false prophets. Notice Jeremiah. He prophesied a seventy year captivity in Babylon, which Daniel was paying attention to. Jeremiah blasted the false prophets who claimed that Judah would not go into captivity.
We do not see many people with the mission of Jeremiah. Jeremiah called out all the false prophets. The P.T. Barnum prophets of our day could use a Jeremiah to set them straight. Do not trust in unrighteousness.
Jeremiah (Brenton) Jer 35:12 And the word of the Lord came to Jeremias, after that Ananias had broken the yokes off his neck, saying,
Jer 35:13 Go and speak to Ananias, saying, Thus saith the Lord; Thou hast broken the yokes of wood; but I will make instead of them yokes of iron.
Jer 35:14 For thus said the Lord, I have put a yoke of iron on the neck of all the nations, that they may serve the king of Babylon.
Jer 35:15 And Jeremias said to Ananias, The Lord has not sent thee; and thou hast caused this people to trust in unrighteousness.
Jer 35:16 Therefore thus said the Lord: Behold, I will cast thee off from the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die.
Jer 35:17 So he died in the seventh month.
Is there anyone in the Body of Christ with the intestinal fortitude of Jeremiah? Who do we trust in, the government, the political leaders? Or do we trust in Yahweh Elohim? We should be suspicious of those who encourage us to mix unclean DNA into our physical bodies. While our physical body is not our permanent home, we are responsible for its care. It is the temple of the Holy Spirit. The false prophet caused the people to trust in unrighteousness. Notice Jeremiah’s words again.
Jeremiah (Brenton) Jer 36:29 And Sophonias read the book in the ears of Jeremias.
Jer 36:30 Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremias, saying,
Jer 36:31 Send to the captivity, saying, Thus saith the Lord concerning Samaeas the Ælamite, Since Samaeas has prophesied to you, and I sent him not, and he has made you to trust in iniquity,
Jer 36:32 therefore thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will visit Samaeas, and his family: and there shall not be a man of them in the midst of you to see the good which I will do to you: they shall not see it.
Samaeas’ whole family was destroyed in captivity for falsely prophesying. If we remember what was happening, the people were finally concerned that the favor of Yahweh had left and they were going to go into captivity. They weren’t concerned until the first wave of captivity took place. Then when the second wave of captivity happened the people were panicking, trying to make things right with Yahweh. It was too late. The false prophets were giving people false hope. (If you mix your genos you can go back to living a normal life. No wait, if you mix your genos a few more times you can then go back to normal. Wait, you still have to do all the mitigations that we say but then you can go back to almost normal. Never mind this is the new normal.) The third wave came and Judah was held captive for seventy years. There is no quick fix.
Now there is no doom and gloom here. Jesus gave us the remedies for making things right. We cast out demons, we pray and fast to get certain other genos out. We remove the graft with the logos, the sword of the Spirit, and we invite the Holy Spirit in making ourselves the temple of the Holy Spirit with Jesus Christ in us. We can’t change the past. We can’t change the mistakes we've made because we trusted the wrong people, but we can stop trusting them. There are three ways that our mind can become oscillated, by an evil spirit, by false prophets, and by false teachers. These are entrance points to being thoroughly deceived or wholly seduced. This is a continual process throughout this age.The apostasy happens all the time as well. We can stop what Satanas is doing in the Body of Christ with a few Jeremiah’s rising up. We have to simply step back and think through the things that people tell us. It doesn’t matter who they are or what position they hold, we can listen to the Holy Spirit instead of other humans. Let’s all run to Yahweh.
