Isaiah started prophesying during the time of Uzziah somewhere around the early 800’s BCE. Joel and Zechariah were both contemporaries of Isaiah. These three prophets spoke of some odd things regarding a second progeny of the serpent. The first progeny or seed (Genesis 3:15) wrapped up with the Philistines being conquered by two people groups. However these two people groups have a curious history which also started about the time that Isaiah, Joel, and Zechariah were alive and prophesying. There is a very specific distinction regarding some of these prophecies and we see that we are sometimes not detailed enough to understand the words of the prophets. These prophets were prophesying roughly 2800 years ago. They tell us of a future time for us, explaining the events on the Day of the Lord. When we see the magnitude of the words they spoke, we can only imagine what it would have been like to hang around with these three prophets.
There is an interesting idea in Isaiah 14 that we looked at previously. Asps will have a progeny of flying serpents that would kill off the Philistines. The Philistines are not a nation but a group of mixed heirs of the Nephilim that gathered into a nation. They are the first progeny of the serpent.
Here is something we may have missed. The seed of the serpent which is usually at war with the seed of the women will be destroyed by a different seed of the serpent, a later progeny.

Isaiah has a word from the Lord. He says to the Philistines ‘don’t be glad mixed races who are heirs of the Nephil, because the Israelites who smote you, now has a broken yoke’. There will be another progeny or descendant from the seed of the serpent of coiled asps, and their descendants come out as flying snakes. The flying snakes will destroy the Philistines. In other words, another race of the seed of the evil satan will kill off the first progeny of the satan, the heirs of the fallen angels. These flying asps will be more deadly to the heirs of the Nephilim, but they will not harm the poor. The poor will be fed, but the heirs of the Nephil will starve. What will the rulers of the goyim say? They will say Yahweh laid a foundation in Zion and through Him many people will be delivered.
This prophecy has some remarkable implications. We see a second progeny come from the satan. The second progeny will have children that will be flying serpents. The first progeny that came to earth from fallen angels became very large warring beings. People noticed their large stature. David worked especially hard to bring down their numbers. The second progeny will not be like the first. The second progeny will have an ability to fly. This tells us that there is an evolutionary progression in the seed of the serpent. The second seed will have technical abilities. People might not notice them. Maybe they will not look remarkably different. Remember Genesis 3:15, there would be hatred between the woman’s seed and the serpents seed. There seems to also be enmity between the serpents own seed. The first seed taught humans to make instruments of war, the second seed has advanced technology to be able to fly.
Our heavenly constellations tell us of a couple of serpent stories. In the constellation of Leo we see that the Lion of the tribe of Judah will crush Hydra the serpent because Crater, the cup of divine wrath, is poured out on him. Then Corvus the bird(s) of prey devour the serpent. In the Constellation of Scorpio we see Ophiuchus has one foot crushing the scorpion while holding back Serpens the serpent from taking the crown. Also in Scorpio we see Hercules has one foot on Draco the dragon and in his hand he holds a three headed serpent called Cerberus who guards the entrance to hades.
If we remember, this section comes after explaining the satan and Tyre. Tyre is a rock and their people are the people of the rock. Tsôr signifies a “rock” which was located on the mainland in Phoenicia and was later subjected to a siege by Alexander the Great. There was also an island off the coast of Phoenicia which was part of its territory. The Phoenicians were possibly derived from Anak, also known as sons of Anak. Anak was the father of the Anakin/Anakim, a race of long necked giants. Today there is a rock that seems to be a holy place in Jerusalem. The people that worship at this rock are the people of the rock. There is a parallel meaning here.
Isaiah 30 tells us of a vision that Isaiah had regarding Israelites who wanted to go down into Egypt and live there. The people were making covenants with the Egyptians but not by Yahweh or the Holy Spirit.

We see the setup here. The people of the southern kingdom wanted to be protected by Pharaoh, and they wanted to make covenants with Egyptians without Yahweh or the Holy Spirit’s direction. Notice who is in Tanis. Tanis is an Egyptian city also known as Zoan which was a city stronghold on the eastern side of the Nile. It is also known as Goshen, where Pharaoh was disputing with Moses and Aaron. It was also called the town of Rameses. Tanis was built over Zoan. In later years it was ruled by Arab Shepherds who speak relatively the same language as the Phoenicians. In Isaiah, Joel, and Zechariah’s time, Tanis had some evil chief messengers.

There may be a double meaning here. Not only were there ambassadors from Tanis, there were also evil aggelos . “For chiefs in Tanis are evil messengers.” Or, ‘In Tanis are evil chief aggelos’. What is an evil chief messenger? Wicked originating angels, malicious chief leader angels, or bad principalities over the region of Tanis. The people seem to have the same language as the Phoenicians, sons of Anak. Could it be that a race of Nephil were living in Tanis? And is it possible that their spiritual overlords were evil angels? These people may be from the first progeny of the Nephilim along with the Philistines.

Isaiah says of the Israelites who are tying to make a covenant with the Egyptians, vanity, they work for the Egyptians who will not help them but just shame and scorn them.

Isaiah is seeing that in the desert the Israelites will be in trouble.
“In the persecution and the narrow space lion and lion cubs from that place”.
In the desert they will be funneled into a narrow space and persecuted by a lion and lion cub.
“Asps and descendants flying asps that carry on donkeys and camels their wealth to nations that not help them to rescue but to shame and reproach”.
Isaiah sees that some of the people who are leaving Israel are asps and their children are flying asps. They are taking their riches to a nation that will not help them. Are the asps and flying asps misleading other Israelites to go to a place were there are evil principalities and powers? Are they trying to enslave them?

Flying asps were going out of Israel with their wealth. Were they truly Israelites? Isaiah is likening them to the serpents seed. It is interesting that Egypt had its mythologies of gods and demigods. Hybrids; some part man, and part beast. Those mythologies started around 3100 BCE. The mythology of gods coming to earth and engendering a race of demigods is a fascinating idea to keep in mind. Remember, Isaiah already told us that another progeny of flying asps would rise up and overcome the Philistines. But that progeny would not be the Egyptians.
Joel prophesied around the time of Isaiah in the early 800’s BCE. He takes us into the future on the Day of the Lord. Recognize that this is announced around 2800 years ago.

Joel is prophesying ahead to the time of the end of the tribulation.

Jesus will lead this battle. This is what happened to the Jews.
Joel 3:3 G2532 And G1909 [3over G3588 G2992 4my people G1473 G906 1they cast G2819 2lots]; G2532 and G1325 gave G3588 the G3808 boys G4204 to harlots, G2532 and G3588 [2the G2877 3young women G4453 1sold] G473 for G3588 G3631 wine, G2532 and G4095 drank.
Yahweh’s people were “thrown acquisitions”, meaning they were gambled, auctioned, and merchandized. Yahweh’s people were trafficked. Human trafficking, sex slaves, and objects to be used.
Moses said something similar. He pronounced the blessings and the curses. The problem is that the Israelites fell into the curses instead of the blessings.
Deu 28:32 Thy sons and thy daughters shall be given to another nation, and thine eyes wasting away shall look for them: thine hand shall have no strength.
Deu 28:41 Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, and they shall not be thine, for they shall depart into captivity.
Deu 28:64 And the Lord thy God shall scatter thee among all nations, from one end of the earth to the other; and thou shalt there serve other gods, wood and stone, which thou hast not known, nor thy fathers.
Deu 28:65 Moreover among those nations he will not give thee quiet, neither by any means shall the sole of thy foot have rest; and the Lord shall give thee there another and a misgiving heart, and failing eyes, and a wasting soul.
Deu 28:66 And thy life shall be in suspense before thine eyes; and thou shalt be afraid by day and by night, and thou shalt have no assurance of thy life.
Deu 28:67 In the morning thou shalt say, Would it were evening! and in the evening thou shalt say, Would it were morning! for the fear of thine heart with which thou shalt fear, and for the sights of thine eyes which thou shalt see.
Deu 28:68 And the Lord shall bring thee back to Egypt in ships, by the way of which I said, Thou shalt not see it again; and ye shall be sold there to your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and none shall buy you.
Yahweh’s people came out of Egypt as free men, but because they chose the curse they would go back into Egypt on ships as slaves. Their children would grow up in captivity as slaves. Think about the slave trade. Isaiah and Joel both understood Moses’ writing. They knew that the Israelites would go back into Egypt and be sold as slaves. They knew that Israelite children would become slaves in captivity. They are warning people.
After being scattered and sold as slaves, there will be a time when the Israelites will come back into their land. Jesus told us that it would be at the end of the tribulation.
Deu 30:1 And it shall come to pass when all these things shall have come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thy face, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, wherein the Lord shall have scattered thee,
Deu 30:2 and shalt return to the Lord thy God, and shalt hearken to his voice, according to all things which I charge thee this day, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul;
Deu 30:3 then the Lord shall heal thine iniquities, and shall pity thee, and shall again gather thee out from all the nations, among which the Lord has scattered thee.
Deu 30:4 If thy dispersion be from one end of heaven to the other, thence will the Lord thy God gather thee, and thence will the Lord thy God take thee.
Deu 30:5 And the Lord thy God shall bring thee in from thence into the land which thy fathers have inherited, and thou shalt inherit it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.
The Israelites have not come back into their land yet. Jesus told us that the angels would gather the people from the ends of heaven.
Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
There will be something else at the end of the tribulation during the Day of the Lord. Those enslaved by the Philistines and sold into slavery will rise up.

The word Philistine means “of another tribe or race, foreign” allophulos. The word comes from allos, meaning “another different” and phulē meaning “offshoot, race or clan”. “Philistine” literally is another different kind of race, different than man, like part man, part angel, or a hybrid. Philistine is a tribe of mixed races of the Nephilim. It is not a proper nationality or name of a nation. The Philistines were an offshoot of humankind. They were pushed to the shores when Joshua led the children of Israel back into Shem’s portion of land. David almost extinguished the Philistines, so much so, that they did not rise up against Israel until the time of Hezekiah. Up to that time they grew as a nation again and left Israel alone.

The Philistines, as well as Tyre and Egypt, were eventually overcome by the Greeks from about 312 BCE-148 BCE. Alexander the Great and his armies waged several wars in Philistia until the Philistines were absorbed into Palestine under Roman rule. Yet just prior to this, during the time of the Greeks, the Philistines sold the sons of Judah and Jerusalem to the Greeks. This is the way that the Philistines dealt with increasing their own boundaries and territory. They kidnapped and sold Israelites. This is the time that they started rising up in a sneaky way. They didn’t battle the entire nation of Judah, they just stole the children of Judah.
The Greek civilization came into being around the 8th century BCE, which is from 800 BCE to 700 BCE, the exact time of Isaiah, Joel, and Zechariah. As we know, the Greeks had a civilization with the mythology of gods coming to the earth and bearing hybrids or demigods; about the same time that the Roman civilization was beginning and they too had their own mythology of hybrids, gods and demigods. If the Philistines were hybrids from fallen angels and earth women, is it possible that the Greeks and Romans were the second round of the progeny of the serpent?
Now Joel has something important for us to see. The sons of Judah and Jerusalem who were sold will arise. They will pay the Philistines back by taking the Philistines to a special place.

The Nephilim will be given into the hands of the heirs of Jacob. So far since Joel’s writing, this has not happened yet. The Nephilim have not been repaid by people raised from the dead. Some people try to dismiss these prophecies as past history. Yet there has never been a time in history where Judah took captive mixed races and took them to a distant place.
The descendants of the Nephilim will be taken by the sons of Judah, the people Jesus just raised from the dead. These individuals with part angel DNA will be taken captive as a group to a very distant and remote place. The sons of Judah will repay them. This may sound strange until we once again remember what Enoch told us about the levels of heaven and the various places of punishment for fallen angels and evil humans. When we understand that perspective, we can then make sense of what Joel is prophesying. Remember, it doesn’t matter what we think about the Book of Enoch, it only matters what the prophets and teachers up through the first century knew and understood about the Book of Enoch. That is the context that they are prophesying from. With that in mind, we can now understand what Joel is saying.
Joel now says to proclaim these things among the ethnos. Let the weak and gentle become warriors. If we look at our modern times, we can see a group of people who are dominators over the rest of humanity. The dominators abuse other humans. If we wonder why this is, it is because regular humans are not of the same race as the different mixed races. The unmixed people are more pure humans, and only valuable to the dominators for their pure human seed, and their pure human organs. Remember the end of the story? The satan is building an army with the disembodied spirits of the Nephilim. We are to declare these things among the nations.
The abused Israelites will rise from the dead and take captive the heirs of the Nephilim on the Day of the Lord. The valley of Jehoshaphat/the valley of punishment will be the battleground. When Yahweh shouts from Zion the heavens and earth will shake. Notice again what Isaiah writes.
Isa 13:1 THE VISION WHICH ESAIAS SON OF AMOS SAW AGAINST BABYLON.
Isa 13:2 Lift up a standard on the mountain of the plain, exalt the voice to them, beckon with the hand, open the gates, ye rulers.
Isa 13:3 I give command, and I bring them: giants are coming to fulfil my wrath, rejoicing at the same time and insulting.
The giants are coming to fulfill Yahweh’s wrath. γίγαντες means giants. On the Day of the Lord it will be the second seed of the serpent, the flying asps that will be on the earth as the Philistines were defeated and absorbed by the Greeks and Romans.
Isa 13:4 A voice of many nations on the mountains, even like to that of many nations; a voice of kings and nations gathered together: the Lord of hosts has given command to a war-like nation,
Yahweh Sabaōth ordered armed nations to come with him. This is the Day of the Lord, the bride comes to war with the bridegroom.
Isa 13:5 to come from a land afar off, from the utmost foundation of heaven; the Lord and his warriors are coming to destroy all the world.
The army comes from the end of the foundation of heaven. The bride has been making herself ready.
Isa 13:6 Howl ye, for the day of the Lord is near, and destruction from God shall arrive.
Isa 13:7 Therefore every hand shall become powerless, and every soul of man shall be dismayed.
Isa 13:8 The elders shall be troubled, and pangs shall seize them, as of a woman in travail: and they shall mourn one to another, and shall be amazed, and shall change their countenance as a flame.
Isa 13:9 For behold! the day of the Lord is coming which cannot be escaped, a day of wrath and anger, to make the world desolate, and to destroy sinners out of it.
The purpose of the Day of the Lord is to destroy sinners out of the world.
Isa 13:10 For the stars of heaven, and Orion, and all the host of heaven, shall not give their light; and it shall be dark at sunrise, and the moon shall not give her light.
Isa 13:11 And I will command evils for the whole world, and will visit their sins on the ungodly: and I will destroy the pride of transgressors, and will bring low the pride of the haughty.
Isa 13:12 And they that are left shall be more precious than gold tried in the fire; and a man shall be more precious than the stone that is in Suphir.
Isa 13:13 For the heaven shall be enraged, and the earth shall be shaken from her foundation, because of the fierce anger of the Lord of hosts, in the day in which his wrath shall come on.
Yahweh Sabaōth will shake the world to its foundation. Even the stars (angels) of heaven, Orion, and the hosts (armies) of heaven, will not provide light.
Around this same time of Isaiah’s prophecy, Zechariah has a vision regarding the end times. It’s a vision of a curse going out over the earth. Zechariah was a contemporary of Isaiah and Joel who saw an imprecation going out over the world.
Zechariah 5:1 G2532 And G1994 I turned, G2532 and G142 I lifted G3588 G3788 my eyes, G1473 G2532 and G1492 I saw, G2532 and G2400 behold, G1407 a sickle G4072 flying.
This is a flying scythe. Imagine what a sickle or scythe looks like. It looks like something a reaper or the grim reaper carries.
Zechariah 5:2 G2532 And G2036 he said G4314 to G1473 me, G5100 What G1473 do you G991 see? G2532 And G2036 I said, G1473 I G3708 see G1407 a sickle G4072 flying, G3372 the length -- G4083 [2cubits G1501 1twenty], G2532 and G4114 the width -- G4083 [2cubits G1176 1ten].

The sickle or scythe is a curse or an imprecation. It is going out over the entire earth. Every klepto or false swearer will be punished with death. The prayers of the saints are bringing this scythe.

Yahweh Pantokratōr will carry it out. The curse like scythe will enter into the house of the thief and the one swearing an oath in Yahweh’s name and lying. This imprecation will disintegrate and demolish in the middle of their homes as well as disintegrating the wood and stones.

The scythe went out, now something else is going out.
Zechariah 5:6 G2532 And G2036 I said, G5100 What G1510.2.3 is it? G2532 And G2036 he said, G3778 This is G3588 the G3358 measure basket G3588 G1607 going forth. G2532 And G2036 he said, G3778 This G1510.2.3 is G3588 G93 their iniquity G1473 G1722 in G3956 all G3588 the G1093 earth.
The measure basket is going out. It is a vessel for determining quantity. The basket is measuring sin and unrighteousness in all the earth.
Zechariah 5:7 G2532 And G2400 behold, G5007 a talent G3432.1 of lead G1808 was being lifted away; G2532 and G2400 behold, G1135 [2woman G1520 1one] G2521 sat down G1722 in G3319 the midst G3588 of the G3358 measure basket .
A talent is a weighted measure. The basket is quantity, the talent is weight. It is a talent of lead. Lead is byproduct of smelting galena for silver. It is also a neurotoxin. Lead was used for sling bullets, beads, coffins, and eventually plumbing pipes. A talent of lead was being lifted up or removed. One woman was seated or enthroned in the middle of the measuring basket.

The angel said that this is sin and threw her into the middle of the measure basket. He threw the stone of lead into her mouth.

Zechariah looked upwards and saw with his eyes two women coming out with wind or spirit in their outer feathers. They had feathers like a hoopoe bird, which has a crown of feathers on its head. Hoopoes were helpful to men as they ate insects and pests. In Persia they were a symbol of virtue. They also seemed to be connected with death and the underworld in later years.

Zechariah asks where the winged women are carrying the measure basket. It seems that the winged women were taking this sin away.
Zechariah 5:11 G2532 And G2036 he said G4314 to G1473 me, G3618 They build G1473 for it G3614 a house G1722 in G1093 the land G* of Babylon, G2532 and G2090 to prepare. G2532 And G5087 they shall put G1473 it G1563 there G1909 upon G3588 G2091 its preparation place . G1473
The angel says that they are constructing a house in the region of Babylon to make ready and establish it in that place upon its preparation. Why Babylon? Babylon was the place of the original one world government led by Nimrod. The giants are coming to Babylon to fulfill Yahweh’s wrath as Isaiah 13 told us. This particular battle can be seen in Revelation when the beast kills Babylon, Revelation 17:16-17. The sins of the world are sent to Babylon as Babylon is responsible for men turning away from Yahweh.
Wow, imagine a prayer meeting with these guys! Notice how specific each of these prophecies are. Zechariah says that the women have wings or feathers. Isaiah does not say the asps have wings. These are different kinds. The feathered women are of a different race than the flying asps. While the seraphim have wings and are known as fiery serpents, the flying asps do not have wings. They are a different kind.
The first group of heirs of the Nephilim lived before the flood, but the Nephilim that were on the earth in those days and after that, in like manner also procreated, Genesis 6:4. The first group were wiped out by the flood, yet more procreated after the flood. Joshua and David fought them. The Philistines were pushed to the shore and some other heirs of the Nephil resided in Egypt, in Tanis. It seems that they may have embedded themselves among the Israelites and attempted to lead the Israelites into Egypt under the guise of safety from the Assyrians.
The second group of Nephilim, seed of the serpent called flying asps, came around the time of Isaiah, Joel, Zechariah, and the Greek and Roman civilization. We can see the difference between the Greeks and Romans and their demigods as compared to the older Egyptian demigods. Remember the Egyptians mythologies were around 3100 BCE, while the Greek and Roman mythologies were around 800 BCE, a difference of 2300 years. The mixing of human and angelic DNA rendered many types of beings during the Egyptian period as Enoch and Jubilees tell us. However, for the satan to be successful in the infiltration of the human species, the obvious chimeras had to be weeded out in favor of more human like characteristics. Even though we see chimeras in the heavenly realm around the throne and in service to the Almighty Heavenly Father, we do not literally see them on the earth. In this way the devil and the satan can convince mankind that those are myths, therefore the Bible is a myth. And if the Bible is a myth, then humans have no authority to overpower the half-breeds from the fallen watchers.
The progeny of the asps are flying but that doesn’t mean they have wings. Many of us fly or have flown. This tells us at some point that they become technologically advanced in their age. Many of us have flown in planes. A few people have flown in rockets, some even reside in the international space station. They don’t necessarily do the flying themselves as the winged women did. To attest to the Philistines demise, history tells us Palestina (Palestine) was a great wasteland for many years, overrun by Romans, Byzantines, and Ottomans until 1917 when General Allenby’s British planes flew over the region and the Ottoman Turks surrendered, Isaiah 31:5.
What are the characteristics of the serpents seed? They seem to be those who are dominators. They enslave others. They traffic adults and children. They are deviants in private. In public they tell the world how they wish to help everyone while secretly trying to crush Christianity and Judaism. They publicly want people to believe that they are good moral people (even Christian) but their actions say otherwise. Their intentions are enslavement. The second progeny have advanced further than the first progeny. The first progeny used physical force to enslave, while the second progeny uses less force and more manipulations and underhanded delusional dealings.
Here is the timeline. Angels fell before the flood and procreated with women, in the days of Jared. After the flood there were still some angels that fell and procreated a race of very tall and very large people. Egypt had a mythology of gods and demigods in 3100 BCE. Some angels may have procreated with the tribe of Canaan. Nimrod was a giant slayer. Joshua did not rid the land of all the giants and they rose up against Israel. Most moved to the costal regions and called themselves Philistines. David eliminated a vast majority of giants/Philistines. They left Israel alone for nearly 300 years. As the various giants banded together into one group they rose up again in the time of Hezekiah, Isaiah, Joel, and Zechariah. Isaiah prophesies another progeny of the serpent, flying serpents, would kill off the Philistines. Some evil chief fallen angels were known to be in Tanis, Egypt, and some flying asps who were merged into Israel were leaving for Tanis. At the same time period, around 800 BCE, the Greek and Roman civilizations were springing up with similar mythologies of gods and demigods. Seven hundred years later the Greeks overcame the Philistines to critical levels and the Romans simply absorbed whoever was left. The Philistines are gone, the flying serpents are still here.
