The apostle John says to ‘turn on the light and eliminate the darkness’. John spends a lot of time explaining the Elohim using a comparison of light and dark. We can understand that light dispels darkness. There is no darkness if there is light. In all investigative television shows people walk into dark rooms before turning on a flashlight. Once the light is on it is no longer dark. Light and dark do not co-exist. Light consumes darkness. Light is overbearing. Darkness cannot consume light. Yahweh created the sun to lighten the day and the moon to lighten the night. When the moon is in its new moon phase, and the far side of the moon is lightened by the sun, we still have stars for illumination. If, as John says, the Elohim is light and in him is no darkness, then we can understand that darkness is a tool, teaching us the difference between the two. Without opposition we have no understanding of the greatness of the Elohim. How do we bring the light into a dark world? Isaiah and David give us some answers.

Imagine if we had no media to glorify darkness, how would we understand evil? Today the news tells us about all the evil events in our world. We can see the contrast between light and dark.

Nothing came into being separately from Jesus. Nothing. Not anything. Not Drakōn. Not Satanas. Not angels, cherubim, seraphim, or ophanim. Not the sun. Not the moon. Not the stars. Not the earth. Not the water. Not the forests, plants, or the grass. Not the animals. Not the birds. Not the fish. No thing, nothing, came into being apart from or without Jesus. There is no part of the heavens or the earth that emerged on its own, by itself. This also means that darkness did not come into being on its own. Darkness has a creator, Jesus our Yahweh. John tells us that life was the light of manfaced.

In Jesus Christ our Yahweh, is life. Life is in the light of manfaced. Manfaced is the word used to distinguish men from other sons of the Elohim like angels, cherubim, etc. Manfaced is created with light, phōs. When people are alive they have phōs. Manfaced was created in the portrait and resemblance of the Elohim.

We do not know what or whose image and likeness the angels were made in, but we know that our image and likeness is the Elohim’s, and that is life and light. We are so very different than what we think we are. Now imagine what the other sons of the Elohim see when they look at us, they see an image of the Elohim. Our true nature is life and light.

The light in the darkness shines, phainō, and the darkness cannot seize it, katalambanō, downward take or lay hold of. Darkness cannot eradicate the light. Darkness cannot take the light away. Darkness cannot stop the light. Darkness has no power over the light. We are life and light. Darkness cannot seize us. Darkness cannot lay hold of us, unless we love it more than light.

If the things that manfaced does in life are evil, then manfaced loves darkness more than light. Why would manfaced’s labor be evil? Manfaced starts to emulate the darkness rather than the light. Manfaced puts out his/her own light. Manfaced walks toward the darkness. This is the divine judgment, krisis. The adam was created as life and light in the representation and portrait of the Elohim. Manfaced is life and light, but manfaced loved darkness. Jesus came into the world as life and light. If manfaced rejects Jesus then that manfaced has divine judgement. Chose light or dark.

The one who choses darkness is judged, but he hides in darkness so as not to be reproved. One bad decision leads to another. Manfaced who was created as life and light hides from his own evil works in the darkness.

“But the making and doing the truth come to the light in order that their actions make visible/manifest/make known because in Elohim is engaged.”
If our works or deeds are in the light, then the Elohim is engaged or working. This is a big key for us to understand as to how to bring light into the world to dispel the darkness. If we are acting in the light the Elohim is laboring with us. What things do we do that the Elohim is laboring and engaging with us? Most things that we do during the day are apart from the Elohim. Meaning, we go to work, we maintain our homes and families, we relax, but we are not all going out witnessing or ministering healing all the time. Therefore there must be things that we can do to bring the light and engagement of the Elohim into the world. There are two things that we can do, pray in our prayer language, and praise and worship.

“On account of Him therefore offer up sacrifice praising constantly all the Elohim that is fruit lips confessing the name.”
Hebrews 13:15 (AMP)
15 Through Him, therefore, let us constantly and at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His name. [Lev. 7:12; Isa. 57:19; Hos. 14:2.]
Because of Jesus, because he was our sacrifice by his own blood, we now await a city which is to come. Therefore we offer up sacrifices of praises constantly to the Father, the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. We constantly confess the name of Jesus Christ. Constantly and continually. We don’t have a specific place where we have to do this. There is no temple, we are the temple. There is no House of Yahweh in Israel. Jeremiah prophesied that there would be a return of Israel and Judah to the region and that there would be praises offered in the House of Yahweh.
Jeremiah 33:11 (AMP)
11 [There shall be heard again] the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voices of those who sing as they bring sacrifices of thanksgiving into the house of the Lord, Give praise and thanks to the Lord of hosts, for the Lord is good; for His mercy and kindness and steadfast love endure forever! For I will cause the captivity of the land to be reversed and return to be as it was at first, says the Lord.
This came to pass after the 70 year captivity of Judah in Babylon when Assyria overtook Babylon and allowed all the people to go back to Israel and rebuild the temple. Note Ezra’s account. But today, we do not have one location to offer praise. We can and should offer praise all day long, whenever we can, to bring light and life into the world. When we do, the Elohim engages with us and we reflect Him bigger and brighter.
Taking a thirty thousand foot view of this, imagine one place on the earth where there was praise for the Elohim. It looks like a beacon of light shining up to the heavens. Now look at the earth again, there can be praise everywhere because we are all temples of the Holy Spirit. The entire earth can have lights shining up to the heavens.
Isaiah had an interesting perspective that he hoped to share with Judah. Judah was faltering during Isaiah’s time. Isaiah prophesied that Judah would fall into captivity in Babylon. Isaiah also prophesied of the Day of the Lord and the Millennial reign of the Lord. With those two disastrous events, the fall of Judah and the Day of the Lord, bookending the time that Isaiah lived in and the end of the age, Isaiah writes a song. Looming disaster is on the horizon, but there is a song to sing.
Isaiah 12:1 G2532 And G2046 he shall say G1722 in G3588 G2250 that day, G1565 G2127 I shall bless G1473 you, G2962 O lord, G1360 because G3710 you were provoked to anger G1473 against me, G2532 and G654 you turned away G3588 G2372 your rage, G1473 G2532 and G1653 showed mercy on G1473 me.
The idea here is that Yahweh was provoked or exasperated with Judah, orgizō. Why? Because no matter how many times and in various ways that Judah was warned about their behavior, they continued to slide into darkness. We have to understand something; if we insist on living in darkness there will be a point where the enemy has the right to harm us. This is Satanas’ world, he is the god here on earth, so therefore we have to understand the punishments we receive are not due to Yahweh but to Satanas. If we walk into Satanas’ darkness then we are walking away from the light. Stay in the light by singing praises.

Glorifying and praising Yahweh brings deliverance. Not just salvation for eternal life, but deliverance in the difficult situations we face every day. Sing light and life, and rescue is on the way.

This sentence is a continuation of the previous one, starting with the conjunction “and”.
“For this reason Yahweh is my glory and my praise and came into being me for rescue, and draw out water with joyfulness from out of the running waters the defender.”
The idea that Isaiah is communicating is that the Elohim is the deliverer who rescues and defends, so drink from his fountain with joyfulness. We can drink from the fountains of the Elohim with our praises. It sounds counterintuitive in a difficult situation, but isn’t that what Drakōn was created to do, to trick us into the opposite of everything that Yahweh has for us? If we obtain deliverance and defense by praises then that is what we should do rather than cry and complain to the Elohim for not doing what we want. The Elohim is light, walk in his light and praise Him for deliverance.

The name. The name. Yahweh Elohim/Lord Jesus Christ. As Hebrews says: “therefore offer up sacrifice praising constantly all the Elohim that is fruit lips confessing the name.” We can announce the name of Jesus Christ among the nations. Exalt the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. At the name of Jesus Christ every knee shall bow in heaven and earth, right?

Humans and other sons of God may not confess Jesus’ name now, but they will eventually. They all will acknowledge Jesus as Yahweh. Remember what Jesus told the church at Sardis? Confess His name.

The Sardis church members were almost lost by not confessing Jesus as Lord. Jesus told us this:

It is important to confess the name of Jesus Christ, but as we see, we can sing His name as well, and the benefit is that we will be confessed before the Father. Sardis was in a bit of trouble because they were not confessing the name of Yahweh Jesus Christ. It relates to the age of the church not long ago when people did not believe that being “born again” was necessary. It is necessary. One must confess that Jesus is Lord and believe that he rose up on the third day so as to be saved eternally. Back to Isaiah’s song.

Yahweh made or manufactured high or lofty (things). Yahweh produced or created (things) exalted on high, hupsēlos, which also suggests an uplifted arm. Because Yahweh manufactured high, sing praise to the name of Yahweh. Announce them. What things did Yahweh manufacture? The heavens and the earth, things visible and invisible. Tell people. All things exist by him, for him, and though him as we previously read.
Isaiah 12:6 G21 Exult G2532 and G2165 be glad, G3588 G2730 O ones dwelling G* in Zion! G3754 for G5312 [4is exalted G3588 1the G39 2holy one G3588 G* 3of Israel] G1722 in G3319 the midst G1473 of her.
To exult is to rejoice and be full of joy. The “Holy of Israel” is the coming Messiah and Isaiah is saying to praise and lift high the one who will be in the midst of Israel in the millennial kingdom. Isaiah is seeing that far into the future from his point in time. Sing about it to the nations.
When we think of the perspective from which Isaiah was writing this, it is written among his prophesies of the destruction of Judah and the destruction at the end of the age. Yet Isaiah suggests to sing praises about Yahweh, the coming Messiah who will eventually reign in Zion. It is as if the reminder is not for manfaced only, but to continue to announce the future to the fallen principalities and powers. Just a joyful reminder to all fallen beings, Jesus Christ is taking it all back. Sing about that. Sing His name.
David understood the practical nature of praise. He understood that praise would bring the deliverer who would deliver and defend him. Imagine young David here, running from Saul.

This is a Psalm into the fulfillment. This tells us that this principle continues into the telos, the conclusion or termination of this age. David was a young servant of Yahweh and he spoke these words to Yahweh when Saul was trying to kill him. This may seem like a strange time to write a song to Yahweh, but in reality it is a prefect time to sing to Yahweh. Why? Because David’s works or labors in the light bring the engagement of the Elohim. Yahweh delivered David and David went on to continue in this aspect of warfare throughout his life. What a great example.

David speaks out his love for Yahweh who is David’s power, ischus. David realizes the source of his might and strength is Yahweh, so he confesses it in a song.
Psalm 18:2 G2962 The lord G4733 is my firmament, G1473 G2532 and G2707.1 my refuge, G1473 G2532 and G4511.1 my rescuer. “Yahweh my foundation and my downward escape and my deliverer, the Elohim my helper and hope on him, my defender and horn of my salvation and my perceiver.”
The word translated refuge καταφυγή which means “downward escape” or “recourse”, which is a source of help in a difficult situation. The word ρύστης translated “rescuer”, is a word that is only used in the Psalms. The word that translators used as shielder is the word αντιλημπτωρ translating “perceiver”, meaning that Yahweh is the one who sees and perceives David. In other words, Yahweh watches over David. David is saying that Yahweh is a foundation for him. Yahweh is a place of downward escape, meaning David’s recourse. Yahweh is David’s deliverer. The Yahweh Elohim is David’s helper. David hopes on Yahweh Elohim. Yahweh is David’s defender. Yahweh is David’s horn of salvation. Yahweh perceives David, or watches David. David has declared all these awesome characteristics of Yahweh Elohim.

“Praise call on the Yahweh and from out of my hateful enemy save.”
David says that calling on Yahweh in praise will save or deliver him out from the hateful ones. This Psalm shows how intense David’s struggle was early in his life. David knew that he would be King but at this time Saul was hunting him. David had to stay close to Yahweh to escape the hands of his enemies. The funny thing is that even after becoming King, David had to praise even more as he hunted giants. There were people in Israel who did not like David, and those enemies always tried to undercut him. But laboring in praise brought light to earth and the Elohim into the situation. The Elohim engaged in the mission that David was called to. Sometimes we think the Elohim calls us and then we are all on our own. But in reality, if we praise our way through, giving thanks, our actions bring in the light to a dark world and the Elohim works with us.
In our age we make praise and worship a weekly event. This is a great thing but we can praise even more. We can praise all day long. We don’t need a live band or smoke and lights to praise. All we need is our voice. Even if we don’t sing well it is better to make a joyful noise to Yahweh.

David was constantly on the move before he was king and for many years even after he became king. Yet he had time to write songs because he knew the secret of bringing light onto the earth and the Elohim engaging with us.
In the future there will be a new song that we, the redeemed, will sing. We, the qodeshiym are the saints who are redeemed when Jesus calls at the harpazo.
Rev 5:8 (Cepher) And when he had taken the cepher, the four living creatures and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having everyone of them kithara, and golden vials full of odors, which are the prayers of the qodeshiym.
Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, You are worthy to take the cepher, and to open the seals thereof: for you were slain, and have redeemed us to Elohiym by your blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
Rev 5:10 And have made us unto our Elohiym kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
Jesus redeemed us by his blood and we are going to be made kings and priests. The new kings will not look like the kings that we see today, they will look like David, always with a song in their heart. The new priests will not look like the priests that we see today, they too will always have a song in their heart. The only ones who can sing this song are the redeemed. Are angels redeemed? No. Are cherubim redeemed? No. The only ones who are redeemed are manfaced, and of the manfaced the redeemed are those who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing he rose up on the third day. Therefore we see the importance of singing and songs in heaven, as this is our new song. We certainly can’t sing it yet as we are not yet redeemed. But we can sing of our deliverer who delivers and defends.

Paul suggests that we have the logos of Christ dwell in, or settled in, us, enoikeō. It should inhabit us. What does that mean? It means we should know the logos so well that it is always in the forefront our our heart and mind. It should be the first guide we have in every situation. The logos is to inhabit us richly. The logos inhabits us in all wisdom, meaning it is our guide to be wise. We are to teach and to counsel or exhort, but not from a position of our own opinions, ideas, or sophistry, but from a position of songs of praise, sacred songs, spiritual chants or odes. We see Paul has given us a variety of ways to sing. We have songs of praise, our happy uplifting songs. We have sacred songs, which are more reverent, and worshipful. We have spiritual chants which are more repetitive words with little variation in musical notes.
Pope Gregory changed Gregorian Chants. People aren’t aware that the chants of monks were sung in a different frequency (hertz), producing solfeggio frequencies which pope Gregory changed because he thought their chants were too holy for the common man to hear. What we find out is that music played in 444 Hz or 528Hz produces healing frequencies in humans. David played music in solfeggio frequencies on his harp which did several things for king Saul. One, it calmed Saul. Two, it healed Saul. And three, it drove out demons from Saul.

If playing music in a certain frequency (hertz) can drive out demons from a king what would happen if every Christian sang and played music in solfeggio frequencies? Could it drive demons out of our cities? Could it drive demons out of people mentally compromised by demons? Could it be a powerful tool in the Christian soldier’s arsenal? What would we find out if we changed the frequency (hertz) that we sang and played music in?
While David had a regular gig playing for Saul, Saul tried to kill David as he played the music that healed his mind and body, and drove out the evil spirit. What does that tell us? It tells us that solfeggio music is a powerful healer. This is the takeaway. If someone wants healing, playing music in solfeggio frequencies will help. If someone doesn’t want healing, playing music in solfeggio frequencies will calm the person but also agitate the demon. At first, Saul wanted David to play music for him, but as time went on Saul walked further into darkness in his mind due to his jealousy of David. The light helped Saul but Saul pursued darkness and was overtaken by evil.
Paul says that we are to sing praises, sacred songs, and spiritual chants. We don’t need to carry a piano around with us everywhere we go. We don’t need to have a musical instrument or a degree from a collegiate music program. Just sing.
Of course there is always a dark side or an opposite to everything that the Elohim has established. The dark side is any music celebrating evil. Just turn it off. We can’t change what others do unless we show them light, so if there are some people who sing dark songs, they will have to want what you have in order to change. Therefore show them what you have, a joyful heart. Be life and light to the world. Manfaced is already made in the image and portrait of the Elohim, which is light. Add praise. Now what do we look like? We can use this tool of warfare because the Elohim will engage with us, as our deliverer. He will rescue and defend us. We are far more powerful than we realize. We are also less aware that the Elohim engages with us when our works are life and light. To change the world we will have to bring in the light. We are the reflection of life and light and we can praise the Elohim to be a beacon shining up to the heavens.
