What is freedom? Christ has made us free. The world would like us to think that we are not free. The world and the world rulers have ginned up a false narrative suggesting that they alone grant freedom. That somehow they will allow us freedom if we obey them. That is nonsense. True freedom is not in whether we live as slaves on the earth, true freedom is freedom from the bondage of the god of this world. People who believe on Jesus are free from the bondage of sin. But we are also a reflection of Jesus Christ. Every time evil people and evil spiritual rulers look at us they see a mirrored reflection of the Christ by way of the Spirit of the Living God. They cannot un-see us. We continue to transform from glory to glory. We are truly transformers.
As heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ we are living in an administration of righteousness, as physical written letters to the world. While the covenant is technically “new”, it is two thousand years old. Our age is one of reflecting the precepts of Yahweh by our representation of Him. In our world we have governments that dictate rule of law. We also have representatives that are suppose to represent our views to that ruling body. However in Yahweh’s administration, we each individually represent Yahweh. We live under the rule of Satanas as the god of this world, but we are representatives of The Living God through the Spirit of God. We have freedom apart from the world rulers. We are the living epistles on the earth. We live in an administration of righteousness. We show this to the world. Paul takes quite a long running start in explaining that we are free in Christ, but once he gets there, he gives us the truth, which has been twisted into a lie. We are not worms on this earth. We are glorious butterflies. We reflect Christ.

Paul is saying that he, and the apostles, do not need letters of introduction, either for the Corinthian church or from the Corinthian church. An apostle needs no introduction because the people that he/they have brought new light to and have ministered to, are messages inscribed in their heart. An inscription is not an easy matter, it takes time and effort, which is Paul’s point. The Corinthian church is not easily forgotten. Paul is talking about a connection that he has with the church.

The Corinthian church is known and read, or realized and recognized, by all manfaced and are clearly visible that they are Christ’s written message. This is a wonderful acknowledgement for them. They are Christ’s written message ministered by Paul and the apostles. The Corinthian church is not inscribed with ink, like a regular letter, but by the Spirit of the Living God, or Pneuma Zaō Elohim. If we are like the Corinthian church, we also have the written messages of Christ. We are living letters to the world, written by the Holy Spirit. Now here comes the comparison.

The commandments that Moses received were written on cold stones but the Holy Spirit of the Living Elohim written on fleshy hearts. We do not need to have Moses’ tablets to know how to behave or how to serve others. We do not need to be dependent on those tablets because in a living relationship with the Living God we have the Living Holy Spirit. Our inscriptions are living, fluid, relevant, and made known to all men. Our inscriptions are flesh, not stone. But there is another aspect to this idea.
Under the old covenant, the world ruler of darkness held people accountable for not living under the law. If people mis-stepped they were accused. If they couldn’t bring a sacrifice they were accused. If they didn’t realize they had sinned they were accused. If the Israelites sinned in any precept of the law, they were accused. If found guilty of sin, Satanas had the right to punish the sinner. Satanas still accuses us before the throne of God day and night. However, under this new covenant, Satanas has a harder time accusing us of anything. We are the covenant, we are the righteous by faith. This is a master strategic move by the Creator. If there is no law, there is no opening for accusation. But there is an opening for trickery.

We rely on the Messiah Christ, who died and rose up for us. By our belief we become sufficient and we have sufficiency in the Elohim. We are sufficient as living epistles. We are sufficient as billboards for the world to receive salvation. We are sufficient as examples of the goodness of the Living God to rescue us out of the world into His judicial system.

Christ made us sufficient. We are equipped, we are ready, we qualify to be ministers of a new, fresh, covenant/arrangement. Now let’s think back to Moses and the commands that he received. The people were scared to meet with Yahweh, they panicked and sent Moses to the mountain. Then later while Moses was on the mountain, the people made a golden calf. Yahweh wanted to destroy them all and make a great nation through Moses, but Moses petitioned Yahweh not to do that. Today, we are not waiting for a man to come down from the mountain to give us the covenant of Yahweh, we are not relying on a golden calf to save us either. We have the Holy Spirit written in our heart. Individually. We can stand alone or we can stand in a group, but we are the ministers of this new arrangement. The new arrangement is not a written contract but it is a living covenant with the Holy Spirit. Contracts like the commands just result in more sin.

There was no “law” at the time of Abraham. Abraham was made a promise that his seed through righteousness of belief would inherit the earth. This is completely opposite to the way that many people want to live today. They do not want the freedom that comes with faith and righteousness. Instead they want to put everybody under rules and regulations. But like Abraham, we don’t need the law, we just need Yahweh. We have to let the Holy Spirit do what the Holy Spirit does, write truth on our hearts.
This means that what the Holy Spirit writes on one person’s heart may not be exactly the same as what the Holy Spirit writes on someone else’s heart. Eventually we will all grow up in Christ, but what one person needs is not up to others to supply it is up to the Holy Spirit.

Paul explains that if the heirs are heirs by way of the law, then faith is empty. Plus, the law in all its precepts has been broken, as today there is no temple. There is no place to sacrifice. Societal laws don’t work because nations are not all founded on Judaic religions. Abraham did not have a temple to worship in, he communed with Yahweh. We are heirs through righteousness of faith.

The law manufactures or makes more sin. If there is no law there is no violation of law. This is a hard truth pill to swallow for all the religiously legalistic Christians. There is no law. There is no violation of law. The Holy Spirit is in charge of the covenant of Yahweh written in our heart. This is freedom.
Satanas cannot accuse us of violating the law if there is no law. Here is something to consider. If we think that there is a law or we are tricked into thinking that we have to obey the Mosaic laws, will Satanas use that against us? Will we be accused according to our belief? If I believe that it is wrong to eat bacon, but I eat bacon, will I be accused of sinning, even though it is not a sin but a problem with my own beliefs? How would my conscience react? Would I put myself in my own mental prison? Would I take my own freedom away due to my own misunderstanding? Would demons try and convince me that I am a sinner for eating bacon? Would I behave like I am a condemned person, instead of walking with my head high, shoulders back, and full of glory in my appearance? Understand that if Satanas cannot truly condemn us then he can attempt to make us think that we are condemned. Instead we are free.

The contract of the Mosaic laws was a ministration of death. Why? Because laws make more sin. There are always people attempting twists and turns trying to get out of the law, just like the Pharisees did. Yet Moses, having been in the presence of Yahweh came back into the camp with so much glory that the people couldn’t look at him. Now the law is being done away with or being brought to nothing. Paul says how much more glorious is the ministration of the Holy Spirit?
The glory of freedom is something that Yahweh gave us by his death and resurrection on the third day. It is not something that we can earn. It is not something we can buy or sell. It is simply available to everyone. Wouldn’t it be awful if Satanas attempted to make us think that we had to work to be saved? Wouldn’t it be awful if the church was told to volunteer more, or give more money, just to make sure that we had a place in heaven? We are free from the law of sin. We are free from the the tablets of stone. We are the laws of Christ. (Like an outlaw blowing the smoke away from the end of his gun and returning it to it’s holster)

The law was a ministration, or a ministry, of condemnation. If people followed the law they lived with glory and other nations could not defeat them. Unfortunately Israel didn’t live that way and went into captivity. Jesus came into the world not to condemn the world but to save the world. Therefore we are in a new ministration of righteousness in glory. This certainly has to be maddening to Satanas who was so very comfortable accusing people for not following the law, to now realize that he has no accusation against anyone. Now all he can do is make us think that we are condemned and without freedom. If he would have known, he never would have crucified the Lord of Glory. Notice how Paul explains this in his first letter to the Corinthian church.

Paul is speaking about wisdom, the wisdom of Jesus Christ, which none of the rulers of this age knew. Who are the rulers of this age? They are the rulers that the god of this world put into place. They are principalities and powers. They are governing spirits over nations, cities, and people. They were not privy to this wisdom because it was concealed. They have been made useless and unemployed. Why? Because they can no longer hold us to the standard of the law. There is no law. We are the law. (Holster the gun, stand tall)

This change in covenants was hidden before the ages. This means that this was a trap. The god of this world and all his rulers are not smart enough to have seen this trap coming. It was a foreordained or predetermined plan to trap them.

Had they seen the trap, had they been wise to Yahweh’s plan, they would not have killed Jesus Christ. Did they really think that Jesus would create a new race, manfaced, and allow that race to be overcome by fallen spiritual beings? Didn’t they know the Creator? Didn’t they realize that Yahweh would turn their mutiny into their captivity?

The Elohim prepared this age for those who love Him. We live in freedom, we walk in freedom, and the Holy Spirit is the one who teaches us what we need to learn. Two thousand years ago, no one knew that this was coming to our age.

We know who all the people in the old covenant are that had the Holy Spirit in them. They taught us about the Holy Spirit. Today, the Holy Spirit indwells all believers, not just the most holy believers, but all believers. Now the Holy Spirit reveals things to us.

The Holy Spirit knows the things of the Elohim and the things of manfaced. What a perfect set up. Had Satanas known that the Holy Spirit would dwell in all Christians then he would not have killed Jesus.

We now can know the things of the Elohim because the Holy Spirit can reveal them.

We are the living epistles, the living letters from the Elohim. We are the living breathing covenant instructed by the Holy Spirit. Imagine what we look like to the world rulers. We look like light and life because of the Holy Spirit. When people were under the law their glory was only glorious when they followed the law. As glorious as that was (think of David, Elijah, Isaiah, etc.) we are more glorious.

Paul says that the glorious is not glorious in this portion due to the surpassing glory. Or in other words, this is not the full glory, that we are living epistles seen as light and life, there is a bigger glory. There is a surpassing glory that is more glorious than the glory of the law.

The law is brought to nothing through glory. The Holy Spirit remains in much more glory. Here is the balance scale. The one side is the law written on stones, which brings condemnation. It has glory. The other side is the Holy Spirit writing in our heart. This brings righteousness by faith. It has much more glory. Which side would we choose. The glory with condemnation or the more glorious righteousness? The law brings death, but the Spirit of the Living God in our hearts brings life. Now that we chose to be living letters there is even more glory in the future. Manfaced is a mirror of Jesus Christ. Whoever looks at us, even now, sees Christ.
Paul goes on to explain Moses having to cover his face and the callousness of the people’s thoughts. It is the same today when people try to live under the law. They cannot see. Yet if they turn towards Yahweh, the covering is removed. There is freedom in living with the Holy Spirit writing on our hearts. This is the new covenant, a covenant of freedom. It is glorious.

For whoever the Spirit of the Lord indwells there is freedom. The idea that we have freedom in the Spirit of the Lord is very different from what world rulers would like us to think. Satanas would like us to think that he and his rulers are the ones granting us our freedom. That is incorrect. We are free with the Holy Spirit. Satanas has to work really hard at this because we are reflecting the glory of the Lord.

Who has an uncovered face? We do. We are reflecting or mirroring the glory of the Lord. Our image is transforming from glory into glory, even as the Spirit of the Lord. This is what we really look like. This is what the principalities, powers, and the dark ruler see when they look at us. Manfaced was created in this way, not as a worm or a bunch of cells that morphed into a human form. We were created intentionally to shine glory, by our reflection. The adam lost his reflection, Jesus gave it back to us.
Jesus regained our freedom for us. The Pharisees had a hard time understanding Jesus when he told them that they were slaves. They did not understand that people could be slaves to sin. They did not understand that they in fact were slaves to their own sin, as well as the law.

Truth makes people free. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth. The Holy Spirit makes us free. We are no longer slaves to the law or to sins.

Moses had a list of sins. But the Pharisees didn’t realize that Jesus knew that the woman they had just thrown at Jesus’ feet was a woman that they were sinning with. They thought their sin was hidden. There are no secret sins, Jesus sees it all.

“If therefore the Son set you free, really free you will be”
We cannot abide in the house of God unless we are free from sin. Jesus makes us free. Jesus will set us free, and so will truth. Now we are the covenant written in our hearts for the rest of the world to see. Paul understood this and explained this to the Roman church as well.

The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Life sets us free from the law of sin and death.
Paul says that we have been set free from sin but now we are to make righteousness a slave. Instead of being bound to sin we are to be bound to righteousness. There is no condemnation. The mental jail cells that we live in are not from the Holy Spirit they are from Satanas. The mental condemnation is simply a twist of truth. Truth sets us free and the truth is that Jesus set us free. No more condemnation.

Who do we obey, sin or righteousness? Who does Satanas and his rulers want us to be attached to? Sin and Death. This is a lie and we should not live our lives as if it is truth.

We used to be slaves to sin. We are not slaves to sin any longer because we have the Holy Spirit writing and teaching us in our heart.

“But set free away from the sin make a slave of the righteousness.”
Now, instead of thinking incorrectly, being sin conscious, and condemning our own selves, we are to enslave ourselves to righteousness. We are righteous now. We will be righteous tomorrow. We have been righteous ever since we believed on Jesus as our Lord and Savior. There is no sin that will make us unrighteous because we are not judged by sin, we are judged by righteousness. Satanas cannot judge us according to the old covenant. Righteousness cannot be judged unrighteous, this is truth that sets us free.

In our previous life, before Christ, we were servants to sin. But the past is no longer our judge once we believe Jesus is Lord and that he rose up on the third day. Now we are slaves to righteousness and purity. Sanctification is consecration or sacredness. We are set apart and we are holy. We may not feel like it, but this is the trick. It does not matter what we feel it matters what the Holy Spirit says. The Holy Spirit says that we are living letters of this new covenant and every unsaved person should desperately want what we have.

When we were unsaved we were servants to sin and we had the fruit of sin. Now we are ashamed that at one time we were free from righteousness, and heading towards death. However there is no condemnation in Christ. We are enslaved to righteousness. Announce to the world rulers “I am righteous”. Tell the world rulers to go to hell; they will be soon enough.

We now have the fruits of holiness, not sin. We now have the fruit of eternal life, not death. We have been set free. We do not have to do anything to be free. Jesus did it. We are to live it.

We have eternal life in Christ Jesus. Truth sets us free. We cannot let our enemies tell us that we are only granted freedom by or through them. True freedom is from Christ, and the Holy Spirit is inscribing truth in our heart. We are truly free. There is no Mosaic law. We cannot be judged by Mosaic law. We cannot be accused according to Mosaic law. We are free. Tear down the mental jail the enemy told us to live in. Satanas and his rulers are not our overlords, although we live here, they are not responsible for “allowing” freedom. Truth sets us free. Once we have the truth that the Son set us free then we have the Holy Spirit inscribing our hearts as living letters to the world. We are transforming from this glory to a more glorious glory. The world needs this freedom from death. They need what we have. If they see it on our face they may have to cover their eyes. But we will certainly not put a veil over ourselves to hide the glory of the Elohim. Instead we are the uncovered faces reflecting the glory of the Lord.
