Ethan the Ezrahite tells us that righteousness and judgment are the foundation of Yahweh’s throne. We always think of a throne of judgment as being harsh and critical like our courts of law. It turns out that Jesus told us that those who trust him and believe his words are not judged, punished, or condemned. However the people who ignore Jesus are in possession of their own judgment. Jesus tells us to judge the behaviors of the religious leaders and not to judge our brothers in the congregation. Jesus explains that the blind will see and the sighted will be blind. Jesus tells us that the greatest among us will be servants. He also tells us that the most important will be last and the last will be most important. He explains that standing in the presence of men cannot get us into the kingdom of heaven, but by standing in the presence of the Elohim it is possible. Jesus also explains that while he did not come the first time to condemn the world, he will come again with righteous judgment waging war. He also tells us that the ruler of this world is already judged. We are also warned regarding the titles that we give religious leaders, which we have somehow missed in our age. Let’s explore.

“Righteousness and judgment the foundation your throne, mercy and truth precede in front of your face.”
The foundation of the throne of Yahweh is righteousness and judgment. However proceeding from His face are mercy and truth. Yahweh is not a harsh judge over humans, he is merciful. If we think that the throne of Yahweh is Yahweh punishing everyone brought in, then we are incorrect. Righteousness is also justice and equity. Today, Christian justification is the the choice of every individual. If you want to be justified, then trust and believe on Jesus as Lord. If you want to be condemned you can simply ignore Jesus’ words.
John records that Jesus healed a blind man and afterward the healed man was thrown out of the synagogue. There was quite a commotion because the man was healed on the Sabbath. After being bullied by the Pharisees Jesus talks to the man.
John 9:35 G191 Jesus heard G3588 G* G3754 that G1544 they cast G1473 him G1854 outside; G2532 and G2147 having found G1473 him, G2036 he said G1473 to him, G1473 Do G4100 you believe G1519 in G3588 the G5207 son G3588 G2316 of God?
36 G611 That one answered G1565 G2532 and G2036 said, G2532 And G5100 who G1510.2.3 is he, G2962 O Lord, G2443 that G4100 I should believe G1519 in G1473 him?
37 G2036 [3said G1161 1And G1473 4to him G3588 G* 2Jesus], G2532 Both G3708 you see G1473 him G2532 and G3588 the one G2980 speaking G3326 with G1473 you G1565 is that one. G1510.2.3
38 G3588 G1161 And G5346 he said, G4100 I believe, G2962 O Lord. G2532 And G4352 he did obeisance to G1473 him.
The man who was born blind worshipped Jesus when he realized it was Jesus who opened his eyes. The man also believed Jesus was the Son of God.
John 9:39 G2532 And G2036 Jesus said, G3588 G* G1519 For G2917 judgment G1473 I G1519 [2into G3588 G2889 3this world G3778 G2064 1came], G2443 that G3588 the ones G3361 not G991 seeing G991 shall see; G2532 and G3588 the ones G991 seeing G5185 [2blind G1096 1should become].
Jesus says that the judicial condemnation came into this world so that those who do not see will see and those who see will become blind. The Pharisees were enlightened religious leaders who had now become blind. This is their judgment, or judicial condemnation due to their own rejection of Jesus the Messiah and Son of God.
John 9:40 G2532 And G191 [3heard G1537 1 some of G3588 G* 2these Pharisees], G3778 G3588 the ones G1510.6 being G3326 with G1473 him. G2532 And G2036 they said G1473 to him, G3361 And not G2532 G1473 we, G5185 are we blind? G1510.2.4
41 G2036 [2said G1473 3to them G3588 G* 1Jesus], G1487 If G5185 you were blind, G1510.7.5 G3756 you would not have G302 G2192 G266 sin; G3568 but now G1161 G3004 you say G3754 that, G991 We see; G3588 therefore G3767 G266 your sin G1473 G3306 remains.
The Pharisees ask Jesus if they are blind. Jesus tells the Pharisees that if they were blind then they would not have sin, but because they say that they can see then their sins continue. If they could see, then they would see Jesus as the Messiah and the Son of God. But because they claim to “see” and yet reject Jesus, then they are dwelling in sin.
Jesus makes an interesting point, we are not to pick out other people’s sins who are of the congregation, those who are our brothers.

If we look at someone and distinguish or decide what sins they have, then we will be judged with the same measuring stick.
Matthew 7:2 G1722 [2by G3739 3what G1063 1For] G2917 judgment G2919 you judge, G2919 you shall be judged; G2532 and G1722 by G3739 what G3358 measure G3354 you measure, G488 it shall be measured back G1473 to you.

In other words don’t look for sin in others among the congregation. Deal with your own sin. Yet Jesus had some interesting words regarding the judging of leadership.
Matthew 23:1 G5119 Then G3588 G* Jesus G2980 spoke G3588 to the G3793 multitudes G2532 and G3588 to G3101 his disciples, G1473
2 G3004 saying, G1909 Upon G3588 the G* chair of Moses G2515 G2523 sat G3588 the G1122 scribes G2532 and G3588 the G* Pharisees.
3 G3956 All G3767 then, G3745 as much as G302 they should G2036 say G1473 to you G5083 to give heed, G5083 you give heed G2532 and G4160 do! G2596 But according to G1161 G3588 G2041 their works G1473 G3361 do not G4160 do! G3004 for they speak G1063 G2532 and G3756 do not G4160 do.
What the Pharisees and scribes tell people to do regarding the law, the people were to do. However they were not to behave the same way that the Pharisees and scribes behave. Jesus just pointed out that religious leaders may teach you to follow the Bible correctly, yet they do not always follow the Bible correctly in their own personal lives.
Matthew 23:4 G1195 For they bind G1063 G5413 [2load G926 1a heavy] G2532 and G1419 ones hard to bear, G2532 and G2007 place them G1909 upon G3588 the G5606 shoulders G3588 G444 of men; G3588 G1161 but G1147 with their finger G1473 G3756 they do not G2309 want G2795 to move G1473 them.
The Pharisees chain heavy burdens on men, but they won’t lift their finger to remove them. I read of a religious cult once where a rabbi made a man do his yard work in order to for the man to become an ordained rabbi. The rabbi also told the man that he had to take on a mistress, which of course the man’s wife disagreed with. The rabbi chained a heavy burden on the man because the man wanted to become a rabbi. The man was vulnerable to abuse in this case because of his earnest desire to want to serve the Lord. The Pharisees did the same thing to people. They would not lift a finger to help a person they burdened with ridiculous tasks. Judge this.
Matthew 23:5 G3956 And all G1161 G3588 G2041 their works G1473 G4160 they do G4314 to G3588 G2300 be a spectacle G3588 to the G444 men. G4115 And they widen G1161 G3588 G5440 their phylacteries, G1473 G2532 and G3170 magnify G3588 the G2899 decorative hems G3588 G2440 of their cloaks; G1473
The religious leaders were doing things to gain the attention of men. This is what we are to judge. Don’t judge the sin of the other people in the assembly, but do judge the religious leaders and their behaviors. At this time the fashion trend among religious leaders was to wear large phylacteries and coats with decorative hems. This was for the religious leaders to set themselves apart from the regular people. Judge this behavior.
Matthew 23:6 G5368 and are fond of G5037 G3588 G4411 first place G1722 in G3588 the G1173 suppers, G2532 and G3588 the G4410 first seats G1722 in G3588 the G4864 synagogues,
7 G2532 and G3588 the G783 greetings G1722 in G3588 the G58 markets, G2532 and G2564 to be called G5259 by G3588 the G444 men, G4461 Rabbi, G4461 Rabbi.
Also trending at this time was for the religious leaders to love the chief place at banquet suppers and in the synagogues. They also loved being greeted in the markets where people would call out “Rabbi Rabbi!” We are to judge all of these things. Judge the egos of the religious leaders. Jesus changed this dynamic by telling us not to be called Rabbi. So why are there groups claiming to be Christian, with leaders called Rabbi’s?
Matthew 23:8 G1473 But you G1161 G3361 should not G2564 be called, G4461 Rabbi; G1520 for one G1063 G1510.2.3 is G1473 your G3588 G2519 mentor, G3588 the G5547 Christ, G3956 and all G1161 G1473 you G80 are brethren. G1510.2.5
The term Rabbi means “my master” or “my teacher”. Jesus says that we should not be called Rabbi because He, Jesus Christ, is our mentor, teacher, or leader. The rest of us are all part of the same religious family. Jesus also calls out groups who use the title “Father”.
Matthew 23:9 G2532 And G3962 [6father G3361 1call not G2564 G1473 2 any of yours G1909 3upon G3588 4the G1093 5earth]; G1520 [3one G1063 1for G1510.2.3 2there is] -- G3588 G3962 your father, G1473 G3588 the one G1722 in G3588 the G3772 heavens.
The Father is our Father. The people who are known as fathers or non-birthing parents, are our physical earthly fathers, while The Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is our Father in heaven. Jesus doesn’t leave any room for male religious leaders to be called “Father”. So we see the Messianic Jews using “Rabbi" and the Catholics using “Father”. Judge this.
Matthew 23:10 G3366 Nor G2564 be called G2519 mentors; G1520 for one G1063 G1473 is your G1510.2.3 G3588 G2519 mentor -- G3588 the G5547 Christ.
But not to leave out all the other religious groups from Jesus’ correction, Jesus says that no one should be called mentors, leaders, teachers, guides, or masters, because Jesus Christ is our mentor. We see many religious groups that have mentoring programs, teaching programs, and leadership programs, yet none of the people are to be called mentors, teachers, or leaders. Jesus just summed up the entire religious conglomerate of our day; Messianic Jews, Catholics, and everyone else in a religious organization are not following Him but instead following men. Judge this.
Matthew 23:11 G3588 And the G1161 G3173 greater G1473 of you G1510.8.3 will be G1473 your G1249 servant.
This is what Jesus wants us to do. Those who want to be great have to be servants. We should all be great servants. Compare the Pharisees here, who liked to wear fashionable clothing that makes them look different than regular people. The Pharisees were given places of honor at banquets and synagogues, and they liked being called to as Rabbi. Have you ever seen someone in a modern day religious group who wears clothes not custom to the age or nation? Why do they do it? To be noticed. It is pride that inspires this behavior. Judge this. Are the Rabbi’s and Pharisees serving meals at the banquet? Jesus is saying that they should be first in line for service, not first in line to eat. Judge this.
Matthew 23:12 G3748 And whoever G1161 G5312 shall exalt himself, G1438 G5013 shall be humbled; G2532 and G3748 whoever G5013 shall humble G1438 himself, G5312 shall be exalted.
Whoever behaves like the Pharisees will be humbled. I have seen many Christian leaders come to a church to speak. They bring with them an entourage of their own people and have certain demands as to accommodation before they speak to the church. Then they expect to be paid for their service/teaching. Jesus says don’t exalt yourself. If you demand exaltation then you will be humiliated. Jesus calls the Pharisees and scribes out again.
Matthew 23:13 G3759 Woe G1473 to you G1122 scribes G2532 and G* Pharisees, G5273 hypocrites, G3754 for G2719 you devour G3588 the G3614 houses G3588 of the G5503 widows, G2532 and G4392 as an excuse G3117 [2long G4336 1praying]; G1223 on account of G3778 this G2983 you shall receive G4053 more extra G2917 judgment.
Woe is a shriek of distress. That is what Jesus is saying, a shriek in distress for the scribes and Pharisees because they eat down or devour widows homes. The word katesthiō (eat down) describes strong emotions. What were they doing? When a husband died the Pharisees came to the widow and took her house, telling her that this home would be her tithe for the rest of her life. Obviously an elderly widow would not have the money to pay a tithe after her husband passed so the house would be her tithe. The widow would then be homeless. Essentially they were stealing the homes of elderly women with this made up new rule. What the Pharisees are saying is that Yahweh loves tithes more than elderly people. What a horrible representation of our Messiah Jesus and our Heavenly Father. Then if someone came to complain or confront the Pharisees they would go on a long prayer jaunt so no one could speak to them. They will receive superabundant judgment (perissos krima). Religious leaders who steal from people receive superabundant punishment. This was such an important point for the regular people to be able to judge the religious leaders and not each other that Mark and Luke both describe the same teaching from Jesus, Mark 12:40 Luke 20:47. Judge this.
Do not judge the brothers and sisters in the congregation. Do not walk into church and size everyone up, trying to determine who you are better than. Instead judge the religious leaders. Are they attached to “special” titles? Do they wear attention grabbing clothing and accessories? Do they like being honored? Do they exalt themselves? Rather take notice and determine if they are first in line to serve. Not just for the purpose of putting on a show, or for a photo opportunity, but for the purpose of serving from the heart. Judge this.
There will be a return of Jesus Christ to the earth with his saints. Then he will judge.
Revelation 19:10 G2532 And G4098 I fell G1715 before G3588 G4228 his feet G1473 G4352 to do obeisance to G1473 him. G2532 And G3004 he says G1473 to me, G3708 See G3361 that you do not! There are no satanic prophets. The Spirit of Prophecy is founded on the testimony of Jesus. If one has the testimony of Jesus they can have the Spirit of Prophecy. Judge this. John continues.

Remember what Ethan the Ezrahite said, in Psalms 89:14 “Righteousness and judgment the foundation your throne, mercy and truth precede in front of your face.” The one coming on a white horse is coming with righteous judgment and wages war. At this time most people will have wished they received Jesus as their Lord and savior, and that they made him Lord of their life. Jesus is coming to engage in battle. He is going to fight with those who have rejected him. Jesus comes with punishment.
Jesus explained how hard it is to get into the kingdom of heaven to his disciples. He said that it would be easier for a rope to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. (The word camel is a mistranslation, the word Jesus used is rope) The disciples were alarmed by this and asked Jesus “who can be delivered?”.
Matthew 19:25 G191 And having heard, G1161 G3588 G3101 his disciples G1473 G1605 were overwhelmed G4970 exceedingly, G3004 saying, G5100 Who G686 then G1410 is able G4982 to be delivered?
26 G1689 And looking, G1161 G3588 G* Jesus G2036 said G1473 to them, G3844 By G444 men G3778 this G102 is impossible, G1510.2.3 G3844 but by G1161 G2316 God G3956 all things G1415 are possible.
A rich person trusts in their own wealth. We hear it all the time, “buy gold , buy silver” as if gold and silver can deliver us into the kingdom of heaven. We may not be wealthy but we rely on wealth far too much. Rather, relying on God is key. We can’t buy our way into the kingdom of heaven. The question is “who can be preserved, rescued, or saved, (sōzō)?”. Jesus answers that “in the presence of men they are unable but in the presence of the Elohim, all able”. In other words, if one stood in the presence of men, those men are unable to send someone into the kingdom of heaven. But by standing in the presence of the Elohim, all are able to enter the kingdom of heaven. So don’t bother standing in the presence of men, instead stand in the presence of God. Judge this. Peter asks a great question.
Matthew 19:27 G5119 Then G611 responding G3588 G* Peter G2036 said G1473 to him, G2400 Behold, G1473 we G863 left G3956 all, G2532 and G190 followed G1473 you; G5100 what G686 then G1510.8.3 will be G1473 to us?
28 G3588 G1161 And G* Jesus G2036 said G1473 to them, G281 Amen G3004 I say G1473 to you, G3754 that G1473 you, G3588 the ones G190 following G1473 me, G1722 in G3588 the G3824 regeneration, G3752 whenever G2523 [4should be seated G3588 1the G5207 2son G3588 G444 3of man] G1909 upon G2362 the throne G1391 of his glory, G1473 G2523 [2shall sit G2532 3also G1473 1you] G1909 upon G1427 twelve G2362 thrones G2919 judging G3588 the G1427 twelve G5443 tribes G3588 G* of Israel.
Jesus answers that those following Jesus in the new birth, when he is seated on the throne in the Millennial Kingdom, in his glory, the disciples will also sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. I hope the disciples have a huge bottle of aspirin. One thousand years of judging people who fight and argue sounds like a tough job. Jesus goes on.
Matthew 19:29 G2532 And G3956 every one G3739 who G863 left G3614 house, G2228 or G80 brothers, G2228 or G79 sisters, G2228 or G3962 father, G2228 or G3384 mother, G2228 or G1135 wife, G2228 or G5043 children, G2228 or G68 fields, G1752 because of G3588 G3686 my name, G1473 G1542 [2a hundred-fold G2983 1shall receive], G2532 and G2222 [3life G166 2eternal G2816 1shall inherit].
All those who sacrificed things for Jesus will receive a hundred times as much and everlasting life. This is an awesome promise, and is not attained by standing in the presence of men, but by standing in the presence of the Elohim. Judge rightly.
Matthew 19:30 G4183 But many G1161 G1510.8.6 first will be G4413 G2078 last, G2532 and G2078 last G4413 first.
Just as Jesus told the disciples in a comparison to the Pharisees that they were be great servants and to not exult themselves, Jesus also explained that “but often most important will be at the last and at the last, most important.” The people who believe that they are the most important will be farthest in place or time while the people who are farthest away will be most important. Some people gain their status of most important or least important by standing before men. The Elohim have a different way of assessing people. Notice how the Elohim judges.
Remember what John recorded Jesus as saying to Nicodemus? Everyone who trusts in Jesus Christ will not perish but will have everlasting life.
John 3:16 G3779 For thus G1063 G25 God loved G3588 G2316 G3588 the G2889 world, G5620 so that G3588 G5207 [4son G1473 2his G3588 G3439 3only born G1325 1he gave], G2443 that G3956 every one G3588 G4100 trusting G1519 in G1473 him, G3361 should not G622 perish, G235 but G2192 should have G2222 [2life G166 1eternal].
17 G3756 [3did not G1063 1For G649 4send G3588 G2316 2God] G3588 G5207 his son G1473 G1519 into G3588 the G2889 world G2443 that G2919 he should judge G3588 the G2889 world, G235 but G2443 that G4982 [3should be delivered G3588 1the G2889 2world] G1223 by G1473 him.
The Elohim did not send Jesus into the world to judge the world. Jesus did not establish a throne and pronounce judgments. The first time Jesus came was to establish that there was an opportunity for the world to be rescued. He came to announce good news. When he comes to earth with his saints he will come in righteous judgment waging war. Why? Because humans have had two thousand years to receive Him. He didn’t come to condemn the world, or to judge the world the first time, but he will the second time. Notice what else Jesus told Nicodemus.
John 3:18 G3588 The one G4100 trusting G1519 in G1473 him G3756 is not G2919 judged; G3588 but the one G1161 G3361 not G4100 trusting G2235 already G2919 has been judged, G3754 for G3361 he trusts not G4100 G1519 in G3588 the G3686 name G3588 of the G3439 only born G5207 son G3588 G2316 of God.
Those who trust in Jesus are not judged unto punishment. Those who trust in Jesus are not condemned. However those who do not trust in Jesus are already condemned. They are already punished. Remember, the children of God are saved from the wrath to come. The children of God are spared from the wrath to come. The children of God are not appointed to wrath. But the children of the world are appointed to wrath, punishment, and condemnation. Who is judging the Jesus rejecters? The Jesus rejecters. The people who do not trust in Jesus are the people who judge themselves. Jesus didn’t come to condemn them, they were condemned before Jesus came. Jesus came to give them an option to choose condemnation or salvation. Judge this.
John 3:19 G3778 And this G1161 G1510.2.3 is G3588 the G2920 judgment -- G3754 that G3588 the G5457 light G2064 has come G1519 into G3588 the G2889 world, G2532 and G25 [2loved G3588 G444 1men] G3123 more G3588 the G4655 darkness G2228 than G3588 the G5457 light; G1510.7.3 [4 were G1063 1for G4190 5evil G1473 2their G3588 G2041 3works].

κρίσις
krisis kree'-sis (Subjectively or objectively, for or against); by extension a tribunal; by implication justice (specifically divine law) KJV Usage: accusation, condemnation, damnation, judgment.
This is the divine judgment on the world. Light came, but men loved the darkness because of their evil works. Jesus came as light.
Jesus also tells us that those who do not pay honor to, or esteem the son, do not esteem the Father. Interestingly there are religious groups that bypass Jesus and look directly to the Father. Jesus said no man comes to the Father but by me, (Jesus).
John 5:20 G3588 For G1063 G3962 the father G5368 is fond of G3588 the G5207 son, G2532 and G3956 [3all things G1166 1shows G1473 2to him] G3739 which G1473 he G4160 does; G2532 and G3173 greater G3778 [2than these G1166 3he will show G1473 4to him G2041 1works], G2443 that G1473 you G2296 should marvel.
21 G5618 For as G1063 G3588 the G3962 father G1453 raises G3588 the G3498 dead, G2532 and G2227 restores to life; G3779 so G2532 also G3588 the G5207 son, G3739 whom G2309 he wants, G2227 he restores to life.
22 G3761 For neither G1063 G3588 the G3962 father G2919 judges G3762 any one, G235 but G3588 G2920 all judgment G3956 G1325 he has given G3588 to the G5207 son;
All divine judgment is given to Jesus from the Father. Jesus came to offer an opportunity to escape condemnation. People decide what they want to do. When Jesus comes at the end of the tribulation with his saints he comes with righteous judgment and wages war.
John 5:23 G2443 that G3956 all G5091 should esteem G3588 the G5207 son, G2531 as G5091 they esteem G3588 the G3962 father. G3588 The one G3361 not G5091 esteeming G3588 the G5207 son, G3756 esteems not G5091 G3588 the G3962 father G3588 G3992 sending G1473 him.
24 G281 Amen, G281 amen, G3004 I say G1473 to you, G3754 that G3588 the G3588 one G3056 [2my word G1473 G191 1hearing], G2532 and G4100 trusting G3588 in the one G3992 sending G1473 me, G2192 has G2222 [2life G166 1eternal], G2532 and G1519 [2into G2920 3judgment G3756 1comes not], G2064 G235 but G3327 has crossed over G1537 from G3588 G2288 death G1519 unto G3588 G2222 life.
Eternal life is available to those trusting in Jesus and the Father. There is no divine judgment for them. This is why Jesus says that they have crossed over from death to life. There are some religions that bypass Jesus Christ. They believe in only the Father. They will not have eternal life because they do not esteem the Son of God. Jesus makes the point that he did not judge the world when he was on the earth.
John 12:46 G1473 I G5457 [2a light G1519 3unto G3588 4the G2889 5world G2064 1have come], G2443 that G3956 every one G3588 G4100 believing G1519 in G1473 me, G1722 [2in G3588 3the G4653 4darkness G3361 1should not abide]. G3306
47 G2532 And G1437 if G5100 anyone G1473 should hear of my G191 G3588 G4487 sayings, G2532 and G3361 should not G4100 believe, G1473 I G3756 do not G2919 judge G1473 him; G3756 for I did not G1063 G2064 come G2443 that G2919 I judge G3588 the G2889 world, G235 but G2443 that G4982 I should deliver G3588 the G2889 world.
If someone did not believe and trust in Jesus when he came the first time, Jesus did not judge him because Jesus didn’t come at that time to judge the world but to deliver the world. In other words Jesus was not passing out judicial sentences for people’s sins. He did however point out to the religious leaders that they were in danger of damnation and superabundant punishment. They had the opportunity to change if they wanted to, just like Nicodemus.
John 12:48 G3588 The one G114 disregarding G1473 me, G2532 and G3361 receives not G2983 G3588 G4487 my words, G1473 G2192 has G3588 the thing G2919 judging G1473 him -- G3588 the G3056 word G3739 which G2980 I have spoken, G1565 that G2919 shall judge G1473 him G1722 in G3588 the G2078 last G2250 day.

Those who ignore or disregard Jesus’ rhēma hold or possess his own judgment. The one ignoring Jesus’ rhēma is the one possessing his own condemnation. That person holds his own punishment or sentence. That person has always held their own punishment. It is like someone walking through life holding onto a cardboard sign that says “condemned”. Everyone has the “condemned” sign. But when people hear Jesus’ words and the light that he brings then some people make a decision to trust in Him. Then their sign is changed to “redeemed”. So humans in the world hold one of two verdicts, either condemned or redeemed. Which sign are we holding? The judgment is in our own hands. Jesus’ written words of salvation and deliverance which he spoke will judge people in the last day. The rhēma Jesus speaks and the logos, the written word he spoke, are brought to account for those who chose condemnation.
John 12:49 G3754 For G1473 I G1537 of G1683 myself G3756 G2980 spoke not; G235 but G3588 the G3992 [2having sent G1473 3me G3962 1father], G1473 he G1473 [3to me G1785 2command G1325 1gave] G5100 what G2036 I should say, G2532 and G5100 what G2980 I should speak.
50 G2532 And G1492 I know G3754 that G3588 G1785 his command G1473 G2222 [2life G166 3eternal G1510.2.3 1is]. G3739 What G3767 then G2980 I speak, G1473 G2531 as G2046 [3has said G1473 4to me G3588 1the G3962 2father], G3779 so G2980 I speak.
The Father told Jesus what to speak which would bring humans eternal life. Jesus speaks what the Father said to him. Therefore one is not just ignoring or disregarding Jesus, they are ignoring and disregarding the Father too. Our sign can say condemned or redeemed. We hold our own judgment. Judge this.
Jesus also told his disciples just before his crucifixion that the ruler of the world has been judged.
John 16:9 G4012 Concerning G266 sin G3303 then, G3754 that G3756 they believe not G4100 G1519 in G1473 me.
10 G4012 [2concerning G1343 3righteousness G1161 1And], G3754 that G4314 to G3588 G3962 my father G1473 G5217 I go away, G2532 and G3765 no longer G2334 you view G1473 me.
11 G4012 And concerning G1161 G2920 judgment, G3754 for G3588 the G758 ruler G3588 G2889 of this world G3778 G2919 has been judged.
If we remember our study that there is always a Judas around, we realize that by the time Jesus said this to his disciples, Judas had left and finished conspiring with the chief priests to have Jesus arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane. Had Judas not gone through with his plan to arrest Jesus then the ruler of the world would not have been judged. Satanas entered into Judas’ heart and finished Satanas’ plan with the chief priests. Once that plan was in place the archōn of the cosmos has been judged. His divine judgment was sealed. Satanas will be thrown into Hades for one thousand years. Then after being loosed for a short time he will be thrown into the lake of fire. His judgment will not change. Satanas conspired with other fallen angels to take over Yahweh’s creation. He stole the rulership of the world from the adam. From that time we all wore a sign that said “condemned". After Jesus came he gave us the opportunity for deliverance. Satanas tried to eliminate Jesus, binding him into hell, but hell could not hold Jesus because he was sinless. Hell had no charge against Jesus. Jesus took back the keys to death and hell and set the captive humans free. Jesus will then come again, with his called, chosen, and faithful saints, with righteous judgment waging war. Satanas’ judgment is coming. We possess our own judgment. We decide. Judge this.
