We have all seen televised images of real people celebrating evil and celebrating what they believe to be their victory. Christians usually marvel at the blatant evil in the hearts of men when murder is celebrated. It is difficult to remember that some people are not filled with the Holy Spirit but with evil spirits instead. Evil has an end and the tribulation is pushing evil people to choose their Lord as the world becomes more chaotic up until that time when evil does end. The people that are left on earth are either those who have sold their souls to evil or are the heirs of Jacob unawares and who are lying low. The earth is sill groaning and travailing in birth pangs awaiting the unveiling of the sons of the Elohim. The three groups in heaven are the redeemed at the harpazo, the martyrs under the altar, and the nations and tribes who heard the testimony of the two witnesses and believed. This group is ready to see Jesus Messiah coronated, as the kingdoms of the world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and Christ. Then the people in heaven will receive rewards.
We covered the arrival of the two witnesses and the beast that comes out of the pit during the sixth trumpet, Gog/Abaddon/Apollyon. We are now going to look at the events surrounding the death of the two witnesses.
Josephus tells us who the two witnesses are. Everyone up to Josephus’ time understood this, but modern theologians have confused this knowledge with their incorrect presumptions. Everyone has their own ideas but the historians tell us what early followers of Yahweh and Christians knew. Our first century writers expected us to know this history and probably did not imagine that we would have such a muddled view of history.
Antiquities of the Jews 9:2:2 (28) Now at this time it was that Elijah disappeared from among men, and no one knows of his death to this very day; but he left behind him his disciple Elisha, as we have formerly declared. And indeed, as to Elijah, and as to Enoch, who was before the Deluge, it is written in the sacred books that they disappeared; but so that nobody knew that they died.

First century historian Josephus documents the common knowledge of the first century. Elijah had been prophesied over in the city of priests and all those priests at the time knew that Elijah would be taken up. This was common knowledge until evil people distorted the Bible. Let’s pick up where we left off last week.

While Gog the locust king is sent out to kill the witnesses, it is not an ordinary killing because these witnesses rise up. The entire world will see this event that takes three and one half days. How will the world see it? There are cameras everywhere in the area where they will be murdered.
Revelation 11:8 G2532 And G3588 G4430 their corpses will be G1473 G1909 upon G3588 the G4113 square G3588 of the G4172 [2city G3588 G3173 1great], G3748 which is G2564 [2called G4153 1spiritually] G* Sodom G2532 and G* Egypt, G3699 where G2532 even G3588 G2962 their Lord G1473 G4717 was crucified.
The bodies of Elijah and Enoch are left upon the public street in Jerusalem where Jesus was crucified. Will their bodies be on the Via Dolorosa or near the Old City of Jerusalem? Or will they be near Golgotha and the Garden Tomb? One place that might fit that description is on Sultan Suleiman St, Sha’ar Shkhem Square which is the Damascus Gate, also known as the Shechem Gate. This is a place with a literal square on the edge of the Arab market in the Muslim Quarter. The Israelis call this ground zero for terror attacks as many Jews are killed here. This then would make sense as demonic entities usually congregate in the places of violence. Their bodies will be left on the square of the great city. Remember who is on the earth at this time, Jews, Muslims, and Jesus rejecters. Elijah’s and Enoch’s bodies are left in the square for three days.

Imagine being spared death just to be killed thousands of years later in a world that is very different from the one in which you lived. These two men agreed to this as part of Yahweh’s plan to save as many people as possible. They both realize that their bodies are not their life. They were holy enough to enter heaven

How does everyone see the Witnesses’ corpses? There are cameras everywhere at the Sha’ar Shkhem Square. Because today it is a place with a lot of violence, the cameras are already in place. Someone will simply broadcast the event through television and social media. Not burying the dead for three and one half days is a defilement for Jews. The whole world will hear the repeated story of how these two witnesses caused many plagues on the earth, but now the earth is free of their evil. There will be people from the nations and tribes who will believe on Yahweh Jesus Messiah because of these two witnesses. There will be many who will harden their hearts and celebrate their death. The videos will play over and over for three and one half days.

This is like Christmas to an evil population. Everyone is happy because they think that the calamities on earth will end. They think that they are now free and that life will be wonderful. Yahweh has a surprise for them. We have to keep reminding ourselves that the majority of people left on earth at this time are aligned with the son of perdition, the false prophet, and Satanas. There are a few left on the earth that do not follow this unholy trinity.

Great fear is probably an understatement. They now hear a voice. We know exactly how these people will be behaving towards the dead bodies of Enoch and Elijah, raping, beating, kicking, and spitting on them. They will video themselves abusing the corpses and post it for everyone to see. They will joy and rejoice until they hear the voice.

First the two witnesses get up from being dead on the earth, then a voice calls them up to heaven. The people who have been celebrating their dead bodies will now recognize someone more powerful is in charge. They will know this and understand it briefly but then continue to fight with Satanas in an attempt to take over the world that Yahweh Jesus Messiah created.
Revelation 11:13 G2532 And G1722 in G1565 that G3588 G2250 day G1096 took place G4578 [2earthquake G3173 1a great], G2532 and G3588 the G1181 tenth G3588 of the G4172 city G4098 fell, G2532 and G615 there were killed G1722 in G3588 the G4578 earthquake G3686 the names G444 [3men G5505 2thousand G2033 1of seven]. G2532 And G3588 the G3062 rest G1719 [2thrown into fear G1096 1became], G2532 and G1325 gave G1391 glory G3588 to the G2316 God G3588 G3772 of heaven.
14 G3588 The G3759 [2woe G3588 G1208 1second] G565 departed. G3588 The G3759 [2woe G3588 G5154 1third], G2400 behold, G2064 it comes G5036 quickly.
Look what happens, another earthquake, more travailing from the earth. One tenth of the city falls and seven thousand men are killed. The Sha’ar Shkhem Square, also known as the Damascus Gate, is close to the garden tomb and Golgotha, and those places will be affected by the earthquake. Now people give glory to the Elohim in heaven. They will realize that there is one who is more powerful, but many will still reject Jesus’ Lordship. This is the second woe. Now comes the seventh trumpet. John is seeing the throne room again.
Revelation 11:15 G2532 And G3588 the G1442 seventh G32 angel G4537 trumped. G2532 And G1096 there were G5456 [2voices G3173 1great] G1722 in G3588 the G3772 heaven, G3004 saying, G1096 [5is become G3588 1The G932 2kingdom G3588 3of the G2889 4world] G3588 G2962 of our Lord, G1473 G2532 and G3588 G5547 of his Christ, G1473 G2532 and G936 he shall reign G1519 into G3588 the G165 eons G3588 of the G165 eons.
The heavenly voices say that “the kingdom of the kosmos is become the kingdom of our Yahweh Messiah and he shall reign into the eons the eons.” This is the seventh trumpet, this is the completion of the last dispensation. This is the beginning of a new dispensation. Remember what the angel said in chapter 10 as we studied last week?

The day of the seventh angel trumpeting completes, teleō, concludes, the mystery of the Elohim. The mystery of the gospel, euaggelizō, announced by servants, doulos, and prophets. So far Jesus has rescued three groups of people into heaven. The redeemed saints at the harpazo, the martyrs under the altar, and the nations and tribes out of the seal judgments. But the conclusion of the mystery tells us that that dispensation has a final end.
Paul Says this:

The dispensation, oikonomia, administration of the fulness of times, is the time we live in, the last two thousand years since Jesus called his church. The seventh trumpet is marking the completion of the fulness of times. Many people love to argue that there is no such thing as dispensations, but according to the Bible the Greek word oikonomia is used 10 times between the old and new covenant, which cannot be erased and has to be reconciled in our understanding. What is this administration of the mystery, the fulness of times?
This is the fullness of times, the time of completion of the mystery, which was hidden but is now made known. This is the Genesis 3:15 prophecy.
Genesis 3:15 G2532 And G2189 [2hatred G5087 1I will put] G303.1 between G1473 you G2532 and G303.1 between G3588 the G1135 woman; G2532 and G303.1 between G3588 G4690 your seed G1473 G2532 and G303.1 between G3588 G4690 her seed. The heel is about to crush the serpents head. All the people who believed on Jesus as Yahweh and Messiah have been collected up and are witnessing the coronation, the changing of the times, where Jesus will now be in charge. Jesus is gathering his army and is going to prepare them for battle while the Father pours out his wrath on the world during the bowl judgments. This mystery of the Father dwelling in us, Christ dwelling in us, and the Holy Spirit dwelling in us was something that the prophets searched for in the scriptures but it was not revealed to them. This mystery is also why the believing saints who are the temple are not left on the earth during the tribulation, as greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world. The prophets saw that the Messiah would come to earth and they saw that he would be murdered. They also saw the Day of the Lord, the day when the Lord would come back to earth with his saints to take vengeance on evil humans and evil spirits. This will also be the time when the heirs of the Nephil will be gathered and imprisoned. Then will come the reign of Christ on the earth in the millennial kingdom. The part that they did not see or understand was the part between the first and second coming, the age that we live in. This age is different than all others as it is the only time that anyone who confesses Jesus as Lord and believes the Elohim rose him up on the third day could have the indwelling of the Elohim. Prior to this age or administration, holy, sinless, people could receive the Holy Spirit upon them, but sin would cause the Holy Spirit to leave. Today, once we confess then we receive that indwelling without respect to sin or sinfulness because Jesus’ blood cleanses us from our sins. This is the mystery that was hidden for ages. The saints who believe today are gathered up to form the above congregation. Now it is complete. This is what angels and prophets looked for but could not see. This was the plan from the beginning.
Revelation 11:16 G2532 And G3588 the G1501 twenty G5064 four G4245 elders, G3588 the ones G1799 [2before G3588 G2316 3God G2521 1sitting] G1909 upon G3588 G2362 their thrones, G1473 G4098 fell G1909 upon G3588 G4383 their faces, G1473 G2532 and G4352 did obeisance to G3588 G2316 God,
17 G3004 saying, G2168 We give thanks G1473 to you, G2962 O Lord G3588 G2316 God G3588 G3841 almighty, G3588 the one G1510.6 being, G2532 and G3588 the one G1510.7.3 who was, G2532 and G3588 the one G2064 coming; G3754 that G2983 you have taken G3588 G1411 [3power G1473 1your G3588 G3173 2great] G2532 and G936 reigned.
The elders fall on their faces and worship Yahweh Elohim Almighty. We see the reiteration of the phrase from Revelation 1, who was, who is, who is to come.
Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
The Elders continue speaking.
Revelation 11:18 G2532 And G3588 the G1484 nations G3710 were angry, G2532 and G2064 [2came G3588 G3709 1your wrath], G1473 G2532 and G3588 the G2540 time G3588 of the G3498 dead G2919 to be judged, G2532 and G1325 to give G3588 the G3408 wage G3588 to G1401 your bondmen, G1473 G3588 to the G4396 prophets, G2532 and G3588 to the G39 holy ones, G2532 and G3588 to the ones G5399 fearing G3588 G3686 your name, G1473 G3588 to the ones G3397 small G2532 and G3588 to the G3173 great, G2532 and G1311 to corrupt G3588 the ones G1311 corrupting G3588 the G1093 earth.
The word for corrupt is the word diaphtheirō, “to rot thoroughly, to ruin, to destroy”. It is time for the ones destroying the earth to be destroyed. There is no climate change initiative that will fix the earth, it will be fixed when the sons of the Elohim are revealed from heaven, Romans 8. This is why the people who came up to heaven are now being rewarded, some of them will go on to return with Yahweh Elohim on the Day of the Lord. The time of payment to the servants the prophets, the saints, the ones fearing Yahweh, the small and the great now established so they may return to earth to destroy the destroyers.

Now John sees into the temple. He sees the ark of the covenant. Now there is more lightnings, sounds, thunders, and hail. Before we go further, John gives us a look backward to try and sum up in code, what is going on, and what has gone on, through the ages.
Revelation 12:1 G2532 And G4592 [2sign G3173 1a great] G3708 appeared G1722 in G3588 the G3772 heaven; G1135 a woman G4016 wearing G3588 the G2246 sun, G2532 and G3588 the G4582 moon G5270 underneath G3588 G4228 her feet, G1473 G2532 and G1909 upon G3588 G2776 her head G1473 G4735 a crown G792 [2stars G1427 1of twelve].

This woman is Israel. It is symbolized by the constellation virgo. She has a crown with twelve stars for the twelve tribes. Israel gave birth. This is not symbolic of the church as the bride is not pregnant before the wedding.

The ancients sat outside at night, they did not have anything else to do. Abraham taught the names of the stars in the constellations to his heirs and to the Egyptians. Daniel reiterated these teachings to the Babylonians. The constellations are not understood as a picture, like connect the dots, they are understood by the name of each of the stars’ names in the constellation. The star names tell the story of the gospel, from the time of Abraham to us today. In the first century people sat on roof tops as it was cool on the roof and they looked at the stars and retold the stories of the star names in the constellations. This is what all the people knew in the first century and prior. John tells this story using the constellation Virgo and then tells us about another constellation, the Dragon.

There is a dragon in the heavens, the constellation Dracōn/Drakōn, If we look at his tail it is about one third of the sky. The age we live in is the age of the dragon, where one third of the angels/stars rebelled. The job of Dracōn was to prick, goad, and sport with the angels. Why? To see which ones would resist the temptations and which would fall. That is the sole purpose of Dracōn. However, once Jesus was prophesied to come to earth to save humanity then Dracōn focused on Jesus.

The way that John describes this is that the male child is about to tend the nations with a rod of iron. When will Yahweh Jesus Messiah do this? When he returns with his saints on the Day of the Lord.

As the harpazo draws the attention of the world and the 144,000 are sealed, there are people hiding out for three and one half years.
The woman is Israel, she flees to the wilderness for three and one half years. Who did we see marked from harm in chapter 7? The 144,000 virgin males who have never lied. They will be hidden in a place where they will be cared for for three and one half years. This is Israel, Jacob, Jacob’s heirs.
Part two of this chapter is mentioning the war in heaven. This has not taken place in our time as some speculate. Yes the fallen angels acting on behalf of Satanas and Drakōn as principalities and powers, who oppose the angels of the Most High Elohim, Daniel 10, and battle with the saints on the earth today are here now, but this is not the battle of 12:7. As we know that Drakōn and Satanas still accuse us before the Elohim day and night. They are always looking for a way to enact a punishment for any infraction that we might have made. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb. Therefore this has not happened yet. John says to the people dwelling in heaven to be glad.

This is simple, Dracōn has his angels fight against Michael and his angels. This war has not happened yet. Gad the seer, who lived during the time of David, says this:
Gad the Seer 2:26 At the end of days Michael the great prince will stand up in war like a whirlwind against Samael the prince of this world to put him under his feet, in the wind of the Lord, and it will be eaten up; for the Lord has spoken it.

Dracōn has no place in the heavens any longer. Not only was he kicked out, so were one third of the angels and Satanas. Satanas and Dracōn are two different beings. They are not one in the same, yet they have the same purpose. Satanas was in the upper heavens among the fiery stones and was cast out of the upper heaven. Dracon was created to prick, goad, and sport with the angels. Now both are cast out.

Job is very clear about Dracōn’s origins. Isaiah and Ezekiel are very clear about Satanas’ origins. Satanas is an incorporeal being, Dracōn is a dragon.

The great dragon, the ancient serpent, the devil was cast out, and Satanas who misleads the entire inhabited world. John sees this happening, it is not much of a battle between forces, as Dracōn and Satanas are thrown to earth with their angels. We can now understand that the words that the seven thunders spoke and about which John was not allowed to write probably had something to do with the commencement of this battle. Since John could not write what they said, he told us a different way, mixed into this narrative. Now a great voice in heaven speaks out.

The voice says that now is come the deliverance and the power and the kingdom of the Elohim and the authority of Messiah. It is an explanation of what just took place. The accuser of the brethren was thrown out, the one who was accusing them before the Elohim day and night. All the saints will rejoice on this day, but for now we are all still accused before the Elohim day and night. How do the saints overcome the accusations? Three things.

They/we overcome the accusations by the blood of the lamb. We had nothing to do with that, that was what Jesus did for us. And the word of their/our testimony. And they/we do not love our life up to, death, meaning we do not love our life on earth up to our death. We long to be with Yahweh Jesus Messiah, not a comfortable life sold out to Satanas now. It is sad to see people who do not know Jesus try to hang on to their life, as they fear death. We have no fear in death as death frees us to eternal life, if we confess Jesus as Lord and believe the Elohim rose him up on the third day. The voice continues.

Those in the heavens are glad. This is our warning, the words of the prophets are for our salvation to not be on the earth at this time.
Revelation 12:13 G2532 And G3753 when G1492 [3saw G3588 1the G1404 2dragon] G3754 that G906 he was cast G1519 to G1093 earth, G1377 he pursued G3588 the G1135 woman G3748 who G5088 gave birth to G3588 the G730 male.
The dragon, Drakōn/Dracōn “saw” that he was cast to earth, he didn’t know when it would happen. Dracōn then goes on to pursue Israel. Why? Because the church is not on the earth. Who else is left to persecute that won’t join up with Dracōn? Just Israel.
Revelation 12:14 G2532 And G1325 were given G3588 to the G1135 woman G1417 two G4420 wings G3588 of the G105 [2eagle G3588 G3173 1great], G2443 that G4072 she should fly G1519 into G3588 the G2048 wilderness, G1519 to G3588 G5117 her place, G1473 G3699 where G5142 she should be nourished G1563 there G2540 a time, G2532 and G2540 times, G2532 and G2255 half G2540 a time, G575 from G4383 the face G3588 of the G3789 serpent.
This phrase “time, times, and half a time”, comes up in Daniel 7 and 12.

This is three and one half years. This three and one half year mark comes at the second half of the tribulation. At this time, whoever is left who believes on Jesus Messiah is going to be hidden from the serpent.

The “woman flying into the wilderness” represents the 144,000 plus their people. He can’t touch the 144,000 because they are sealed. Instead he goes after the rest of her seed, the ones having the testimony of Jesus.
Revelation 12:17 G2532 And G3710 [3was provoked to anger G3588 1the G1404 2dragon] G1909 against G3588 the G1135 woman, G2532 and G565 it went forth G4160 to make G4171 war G3326 with G3588 the G3062 rest G3588 G4690 of her seed, G1473 G3588 of the ones G5083 giving heed to G3588 the G1785 commandments G3588 G2316 of God, G2532 and G2192 having G3588 the G3141 testimony G3588 G* of Jesus.
The 144,000 are a special group that are saved to Yahweh from every tribe. This tells us that genetically every tribe is counted in some way that we cannot see. The sealed male virgins who have never lied are preserved, while the rest of the woman’s seed now finally have the testimony of Jesus Messiah. This does not mean that all the Israelites have the testimony of Jesus Messiah but some of them do. We know that there will be some after the battle on the Day of the Lord that will be gathered from around the world to Jerusalem.
Moses prophesied that the Lord, Yahweh Elohim, would bring them back. He has not done that yet. By our actions we cannot force that to happen either.

4 G1437 Even if G1510.3 [2might be G3588 G1290 1your dispersion] G1473 G575 from G206.1 one tip G3588 of the G3772 heaven G2193 unto G206.1 one tip G3588 of the G3772 heaven, G1564 from there G4863 [3shall bring G1473 4you G2962 1 the lord G3588 G2316 2your God], G1473 G2532 and G1564 from there G2983 he will take G1473 you.
It is interesting to note that as Moses wrote this he seems to know that they would choose the curses instead of the blessings, because he is talking about their dispersion. There would have been no reason for dispersion if they chose the blessings. Yet by this time they had already chosen the curses a few times. Today, if we want to know who the true sons of Jacob are on the earth, they are those who are wearing the curses, the most oppressed people on the earth, not the ones living in Israel today. The true sons of Jacob are the dispersed and cursed in every nation. By this we know Jesus’ comments regarding the persecutors of the saints that they say they are Jews but are not. The cursed and oppressed are not persecuting the saints, the mixed genos are.
