Jesus is Phosphorus; Rising is His Name; Fall and Rising of Ethnos; Hearts Uncovered

When people despise the righteous they will try to create ways to disparage and destroy them because the righteous expose the unrighteous. This is what Solomon tells us in Wisdom 2. When we wonder about all the Masoretic alterations to the text we realize that the Masoretes created ways to disparage and mock Jesus. They literally tried to call Jesus “Satan/Satanas”. They changed words just enough to show their followers that Jesus was really Satanas in disguise. To Christians this sounds outrageous and blasphemous. But to the Jew is seems plausible because they reject Jesus as Messiah. In this instance the Latin didn’t help us out because they used an interesting word that became a cult  sensation. People make/made clubs around this mis-used word and claim themselves as adherents to a being that does not exist. Because the word is not accurate in the text, these unrighteous people look silly. In the event that we are curious as to how this got so incredibly twisted, we only have to look at the actual words to unwind this mystery.

If we keep in mind the era of the prophets we recognize that people spent a lot of time outside. Without artificial lights and with only the use of oil lamps and fire they were able to see the stars and planets quite well. They paid attention to the motions of the constellations and knew the names of the stars which descried a story, the gospel written in the stars. They had a far better understanding of astronomy than most of us do.This is why the understanding of the planet Venus has been used by Isaiah. In later years there was a fascinating Greek mythology about Venus as well. Job explained that Venus had a tail yet we never hear about that at all. How did Job know? Job could see it. This brings us to the idea that became distorted regarding Venus. Venus is visible from earth in the east in the morning because it is between earth and the sun. Venus is visible at night in the west as well but it “sets” as the other planets become more visible, again because it is between the earth and the sun. What is actually happening is that Venus’ rotation is visibly rising from our perspective in the morning. Then we lose sight of it during the day. We can see it descending in the evening. Depending on the solar winds, some evenings we see a tail coming from Venus.

The Mythology that came during the Greek era regarding Venus was that there were two brothers, the one rising in the morning Phosphorus, which was the good brother. The other brother Hesperus was the one descending. He was the evil brother who was being chased by the other bigger planets, and his tail depicted his being broken and beaten. Phosphorus was the morning star and Hesperus was the evening star. This was not Job’s story or Isaiah’s story, this story came much later in time. The scribes in the temple of Nehemiah under the direction of the High priest who were scribing the Septuagint in 250 BC used the word Hesperus in Isaiah 14. But the Masoretes altered this text in 600 AD to Phosphorus to claim Jesus as Satan. Let’s explore our previous study.

One such word is Hesperus, or Venus. Hesperus is a Greek word the Jews used in 300 BC for the planet Venus. The Masoretic texts use the phrase “morning star”, or “star of the morning”. When we look at the Bible with the actual word Hesperus in the text, it communicates a little differently to us. Hesperus was also known as the evening star. Venus can be seen in the eastern sky in the morning and the western sky in the evening. We will see that the usage of the morning star for Hesperus is a translation error.

Isaiah 14:12G4459O how G1601[3fell G15374from out of G35885the G37726heaven G35881the G2193.12morning star] -- G3588the one G4404[2 by morning G3931rising]; G4937[7was broken G15198unto G35889the G109310earth G35881the one G6492sending G43143toG39564all G35885the G14846nations]

To fall [1601] is to go off course, and heaven [3772] is the starry atmosphere. This reads “O how Hesperus went off course out from the starry atmosphere, the one rising at dawn”. The Jewish Scribes understood along with the Greeks that Venus was an evening and a morning star, they were one in the same. However, the connotation of the evening star here, called Hesperus, denotes something different than the morning star as we will explore. When Hesperus went off course it sent away the people/tribes shattered unto the earth, meaning it scattered all the humans on the globe.

Hesperus is Vesper in Latin, again meaning “evening star”. Vesper in Latin denotes “evening song and devotions”. In Greek Mythology Hesperus was the evening star, while his brother Phosphorus was the morning star, which also means “light bringer”. The Latin word Lucifer was used as a name for the morning star, but Lucifer wasn’t a bad word or a bad name at this time. Clearly we have an interesting idea here. The 300 BC Jewish Scribes used Hesperus, evening star, here; while the Masoretic Jews 600+ AD used Phosphorus. This may not seem like a big deal but let’s consider that Latin was already a language that was used from the first century BC. The Masorete’s used the idea of Phosphorus as the morning star, or Lucifer in their translation. The 300 BC Jewish Scribes used Hesperus, the evening star. Now we can gain a bit of understanding regarding what Isaiah was communicating.

While other planets rise into the sky, Venus sets; this leads to myths of it being an inferior planet and it striving for a place among the other planets. But instead, Venus is cast down while the others rise. Look at the imagery here. Just like The Letter to Aristeas, the picture tells the story. Here in Isaiah, satan and the king of Babylon are attributed to a small planet that cannot attain to great heights like the bigger planets. Instead, every night Venus falls down while the other planets ascend to the heights of heaven, making anyone who is associated with Venus smaller and weaker than the rest. When Hesperus fell off course in the heavens, Hesperus shattered the ethnos/people/tribes all over the earth. While the idea of two brothers, Hesperus and Phosphorus are a way of communicating the one being bad and the other being good, the Ancient’s knew they were one in the same planet. While the morning star is bright and positive, the evening star is negative. Hesperus was striving to be like the bigger planets, but could not rise, and instead it falls. But why would the Masorete’s change that? The Masorete’s repeatedly changed the Old Testament, especially the Book of Isaiah, to disregard Jesus as Messiah. The Romans didn’t believe Jesus was the Messiah until the time of Constantine, around 300 AD or so; the Masorete’s were already changing text in 300 AD. However the Jews of 300 BC were noting Isaiah 14:12 as Hesperus, the evening star who falls. It is also curious that some religions believe Jesus and satan are brothers, but clearly that is not the case as we well know. The truths here in this mythology of the two brothers is a way of telling a story since there were no movies, televisions, printed publications, or computers. The imagery of the falling weak one and the bright strong one is the story the Masorete’s were trying to distort. Satan is the one who is the evening star spoken of here in Isaiah 14:12. In fact as we will see next week, satan is not even a Cherub. But let’s get back to the idea that is being communicated. The evening star is satan, the one who fell, and the morning star is Jesus.

You might have wondered why Jesus is known as the “day star” or the “bright and morning star” and why that is the same name as Lucifer, the one who is known as satan. Lucifer was not really a proper name, but a description until more recent years, as in Dante’s Inferno. The word lucifer means “light bearer”, and some modern translators took the liberty to translate this in Isaiah as “Lucifer Son of the Morning”, but as we see it should have been “Evening Star, rising in the morning”. That description points to Venus. The Evening Star is not the same as the Morning Star, however the Evening Star and the Morning Star are both Venus which does rise in the morning in the east. Yet its story, of Hesperus and Phosphorus, Hesperus is the fallen and Phosphorus is the one rising.

https://musingsofawinsomeheart.blogspot.com/2015/10/satan-venus-hesperus-evening-star.html

The evening star rising in the morning is the planet Venus. Satanas wanted to be a light bearer. He is after all an incorporeal; air, aether, fire, and light. He would like to think of himself as pure light but in reality he only reflects light. Every boastful idea we have been told is only to make us seem small and Satanas large. He is not a cherub. He is not a worship leader, no pipes or timbrels. He is not a creator, he has no creative power. He is a hoarder of gold. People are really confused about him.

The idea of a savior for the fallen humanity started in Genesis 3:15. The story of the constellations and star names repeat the gospel of salvation. This is how people knew there would be a savior. This is also how people were all educated about a coming redeemer prior to the written scrolls. The story was written in the heavens. Daniel educated the Magi. After Israel was allowed to go back into Jerusalem under Assyrian control and rebuild the temple, the Magi split into two groups. The eastern Magi kept the knowledge of the coming savior and still lived in the Persian empire while the western Magi turned to occultic practices while living in Jerusalem. This is why the eastern Magi knew a savior had been born and came to worship him. They were still following Daniel’s teachings. The western Magi working for Herod were the group who distorted Daniel’s teaching in favor of  astrology and fortune telling. This is why they were surprised about the eastern Magi’s visit to Jerusalem. This is just part of the same vein of false spiritual leaders like the Pharisees, Masoretes, and other later occultist groups that reject Jesus as Messiah.

To review, due to Masoretic alterations people have mistakenly believed that Satanas was a worshipper or worship leader. People have been mistakenly led to believe that Satanas was a Cherub. Rather Satanas is not a Cherub, but was created alongside or after the Cherub. In reality Satanas is an incorporeal being who is not a musician. This altered text hid the important truth that Satanas is a hoarder of gold. There are many people who hoard gold as well. They do it to increase their wealth, while Satanas does it because it reflects his being. To be a worshipper of Satanas without knowing the truth about him is ridiculous. People have made up a religion that has no truth about the one they worship.

We have all heard of people who call themselves Luciferians or followers of Lucifer, but Lucifer was not a name of a being and it was not the name of the satan or Satanas. People who claim this allegiance are painfully ignorant. Lucifer means “evening star”. The Masoretes tried to alter text to call Jesus Lucifer simply because they hated Jesus. The “morning star” 2193.1 εωσφόρος is Eosfóros in the Greek translated Hesperos or Vesper. In most of its usages it denotes a point in the time of day.

https://musingsofawinsomeheart.blogspot.com/2021/02/religions-of-wrath-imaginary-imagery.html

We can only assume that the people who worship a specific time of day don’t actually know that is the foundation of their made up religion. Nonetheless the actual understanding is that Hesperus is the evening star that falls and shatters the nations. Hesperus is the one who is small and descends. Phosphorus is the one who rises in the morning.

In timeline sequence: Isaiah wrote Hesperus. The Septuagint scribes wrote Hesperus, (Greek era 250 BC). The Latin scribes wrote lucifer meaning evening star, (Roman era 300 AD). Masoretic text makes a change from Hesperus to Phosphorus, (600 to 1000 AD). King James uses the Masoretic text for its old testament translation, (1611 AD).

It is hardly coincidental that someone attempted to make Jesus like satan, but this is even more amazing. 2 Peter 1 clears up any question as to who the fallen one is and who the bright morning star is. Jesus is Phosphorus.

Phosphorus should arise in our hearts, which is the steady, stable, prophetic logos. Phosphorus is a substance that shines and glows in the dark. Isn’t Jesus the light of the world? John 1. Jesus himself says he is the “bright early morning star”, but he does not use either Hesperus or Phosphorus, he uses the literal words for rising, bright, and star.

Day-star - Vine's Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words

Day-star

[ 1,,G5459, phosphoros

(Eng., phosphorus," lit., "light-bearing" phos, "light," phero, "to bear"), is used of the morning star, as the light-bringer, 2 Peter 1:19, where it indicates the arising of the light of Christ as the Personal fulfillment, in the hearts of believers, of the prophetic Scriptures concerning His coming to receive them to Himself.

The usages of morning star are G2193.1. As we can see, these Greek words vary slightly, and the words translate as “enlightened, in the light, or lucifer”. Notice the difference between Psalms 110:3 and Isaiah 14:12. Again, lucifer was not a name for the satan until after the Masoretes changed and altered Isaiah 14 to try and make Jesus the evening star, Hesperus, or lucifer. If we notice below, sometimes the Greek word is capitalized and sometimes it is not. This too is a later addition to the text as all words were lower case when written.

Apostolic Bible Polyglot Concordance, Strongs-AB Number G2193.1

Now let’s notice the words for “morning”.

4404     πρωΐ  prōi

4407     πρωϊνός  prōinos

839       αὔριον  aurion

2192.3  ἔχω echō

2193.1  ἕως heōs

4405     πρωΐα  prōia

3720     ὀρθρινός orthrinos

The words for “morning” do not even come close to the words translated “morning star”. Notice the words in the Greek, and how easy it is to change a letter or two to also change the meaning. If we change F or E we have the difference between Jesus (Phosphorus) and Lucifer.

φωσφόρος   fosfóros      phosphorus

Εωσφόρου   Eosfórou    Enlightened

Εωσφόρος   Eosfóros     Lucifer-light bearer

Εσπερος      Ésperos      Hesperus (Greek for Venus) Vesper (Latin)

Evening vespers are evening prayers. This has been a tradition since the time of Christ, but also part of the hours of prayer we see Daniel partaking in. This is why the distortion of Isaiah 14:12 is confusing. The Latin noted this as Vespers or Ésperos. But we see how easy it is to change one letter and alter a word. What Isaiah was communicating, prior to the Greek mythology, was the evening star that scattered the nations. Let’s take this further. For Isaiah to use the idea that Hesperus scattered the nations and in the more immediate context, attributing these negative things to Satanas, we understand that the Greek mythology came from the Hebrew. The prideful boasting in verse 13-14 of one who wants to put his own throne in the sides of the north, to judge the sons of God and be like the Most High, is remedied by verse 15 being brought down to hell in the depth of the pit. Here is the story. We are reminded of Satanas’ pride and his demise. We are cautioned not to be like him, Kings of the earth. Yet the parallel is the kings of Babylon who behave like Satanas. Satanas’ children are prepared for slaughter, the Lord of Hosts is against them.

Jesus is the one who rises. Jesus rose up from the dead on the third day. Jesus is our risen Messiah. His name is Rising. We understand this from Zechariah.

Zechariah 3:8 ...G1473 I G71 will bring G3588   G1401 my servant -- G1473   G395 rising.

395 LSJ Gloss: ἀνατολή a rising, rise

Dodson: ἀνατολή rising of the sun, the East (a) rising of the sun, hence (b) (sing. and plur.) the quarter whence the sun rises, the East.

Thayer:

1) a rising (of the sun and stars)

2) the east (the direction of the sun's rising)

ἀνατολή

anatolē an-at-ol-ay' From G393; a rising of light, that is, dawn (figuratively); by implication the east (also in plural) KJV Usage: dayspring, east, rising.

Jesus is the rising sun, the light of day. No one else has received this name. It is not simply a title as chapter six tells us. Joshua the High Priest is a type and shadow of the Yehoshua to come. In chapter six of Zechariah we have the Messiah’s name.

Zechariah 6:2 G2532 And G2046 you shall say G4314 to G1473 him, G3592 Thus G3004 says G2962 the lord G3841 almighty, G2400 Behold, G435 a male, G395 Rising G3686 is his name; G1473   G2532 and G5270.1 from beneath G1473 him G393 he shall rise G2532 and G3618 shall build G3588 the G3624 house G2962 of the lord .

Zechariah is told to say to Joshua the priest from the Lord Almighty that there is a male whose name is Rising whom Joshua will be under in position, or beneath, and Rising/Jesus shall build the house of the Lord. He will have a throne and He will rule. This is interesting because the earthly priests did not have a throne and they did not rule. They served in the temple. So this Yehoshua will in fact have a throne and He will rule. These words to Joshua are to remind him that he is beneath this High Priest, Yahweh. Nothing like making sure the earthly servants of the Lord realize their position. Joshua the priest is not greater in authority than the real Lord of the Earth, even if he is the priest after the exile. Nor is Zorobabel (a great governor after the exile who will build the temple), because the Spirit will do the building, as we will see shortly.

What is the name of the one whom Joshua the priest is a shadow of? The Day Star, the Day Dawn, the Rising. The Aramaic says this a bit differently. It gives us the double meaning of this name.

Zechariah 6:12. And say to him, "Thus said the Almighty Lord, behold, a man -- and his name shall be Sunrise* -- and he shall rise from beneath."

13. And it is he who shall build the Temple of the Lord, and it is he who shall receive glory,* and sit and rule upon his throne and he shall be the King of Peace between them both. http://www.v-a.com/bible/supporters/zechariah_6.html

The name “Rising” can have a double meaning, as we see here he rises from beneath, and Jesus does just that. Jesus is the first one resurrected from the dead.

https://musingsofawinsomeheart.blogspot.com/2017/11/candlesticks-torches-seven-eyes.html

No one can be called “Rising”. Only Jesus rose up from the dead. He also rises in our hearts. If we were to call him “Jesus Rising Messiah” we would then be doubly affirming that he is the Messiah who rose up. Zechariah wrote his prophecies after the return from captivity, which is before the Greek Mythology period.

We know from Peter who Phosphorus is, and Zechariah just noted who “Rising” is. Simeon prophesied that Jesus is a phōs a light into apokalupsis ethnos. What does he mean?

Luk 2:25  And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him.

Luk 2:26  And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.

Luk 2:27  And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,

Luk 2:28  Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,

Luk 2:29  Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:

Luk 2:30  For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,

Luk 2:31  Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;

Luk 2:32  A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.

Luke 2:32 G5457 a light G1519 for G602 an uncovering G1484 of nations, G2532 and G1391 glory G2992 of your people G1473   G* Israel.

Jesus is a light, a phōs, the root word of phosphoros as noted above. The apocalypse, apokalupsis, is the revealing of what has been stolen and hidden. This phōs is for the ethnos, nations. He is the glory of Israel, except most of Israel rejected him. Notice what else Simeon says.

Luk 2:33  And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.

Luk 2:34  And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;

Luk 2:35  (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

 Luke 2:34 ...G2400 Behold, G3778 this one G2749 is situated G1519 for G4431 a downfall G2532 and G386 a rising up G4183 of many G1722 in G3588   G* Israel, G2532 and G1519 for G4592 a sign G483 being disputed;

Simeon says that Jesus is appointed for the falling and the rising up, anastasis, greatly in Israel.  Jesus was prophesied to rise up, and be a light when he was a newborn. The prophecies regarding Jesus are accurate. His is the rising one, Phosphorus, not the falling one, Hesperus. Imagine what people thought when they heard what Simeon said. Simeon knew he would see the Messiah before he died, and he testified to Jesus when Jesus was about forty days old.

The great shame of this whole alteration of Hesperus to Phosphorus attempting to make Jesus the fallen one is that many innocent Jewish people over the years believed the lies and alterations that the Masoretes injected into scripture and rejected Jesus as Messiah, the one called “Rising”. It is our job to keep people out of hades by bringing them to Jesus Rising Messiah. The thoughts of many hearts have been revealed as Simeon prophesied. The one called Rising has come.
