Have you ever walked in on a conversation and the people conversing assume you know what they are talking about? As you stand there listening, trying to get an understanding of what they are saying, the people finish speaking to one another and walk away. We are then left with the information we heard but no context, without understanding, and without all the details. We recognize that there are things we don’t know. How do we figure out what it is we don’t know? Paul made two statements to the Corinthians, which is like us walking in on their conversation but because we cannot ask him any questions we are unable to understand what he said. He matter-of-factly says “Don’t you know…” to which our answer is, “no, we don’t know”. How would we know that? Where is that information? Did someone spell this out for us somewhere? How are we to ascertain this information from two thousand years ago?
One thing we should realize is that our knowledge of the Bible is segmented and separated. Books and letters have been lost, intentionally and accidentally, and sometimes hidden from the masses by the rich overlords. The ancient writings should be one cohesive book, but what we have in one binding is something that people decided over three hundred years after Jesus walked the earth. Those individuals that decided which writings they should put into the binder were not necessarily believers in Jesus Christ. We may never know what was left out. Jesus said this:
Jhn 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
Where is this written? What scripture was Jesus speaking of? We don’t have this in our canonized text. This must be something written before Jesus came to earth. Scriptures in this context were scrolls, the Greek word graphē, means “writing”. It would have been something transcribed in the temple of Nehemiah. Where is it? Think about why someone would want to hide this information from us.
The age we live in allows us computerized access to scan quickly for information. However a lot of extra biblical texts are not in a convenient searchable form, parsed by each word. We can search “F” (find) in some files which is a laborious process searching hundreds of pages. When we look at what Paul presumed we would know we realize we have to put that subject together with other information recorded by other prophets. One statement is easy to find, the other statement is nowhere to be found.
As we pick up the context Paul is annoyed that the Corinthian church is having trouble judging a matter of a man sleeping with his fathers wife. This means a younger man is either sleeping with his mother or his step mother. Either way, Paul says to deliver him to Satanas for the destruction of his flesh. Paul then goes on to express his concerns with the Corinthians about not being able to judge or discern this matter. He then asks them, “Don’t you know you will judge the world”?

Translators added the word “seat” to the word kritērion, yet this is a misunderstanding. The judgment seat is the bēma, or rostrum. The judgment seat or bēma is a specific place and not the same as this judgment seat. The Corinthians are the judges here, and Paul’s point is that we/they should be able to handle judging these matters.
As we look at the LXX-WH we see a slight variation in the text which is simply more accurate.

“Or not know that the saints the cosmos sentence and whether in you sentence the cosmos unfit you are criterion least?”
Paul expected that the Corinthians would know that the saints are going to pronounce the sentence or the punishment of the cosmos. He asks, if they are going to pronounce the sentence or punishment of the cosmos, are they unfit to rule in the least or small matters? Paul’s second phrase is where we have to work a little harder.
1 Corinthians 6:3 G3756 Do you not G1492 know G3754 that G32 [2angels G2919 1we shall judge]? G3385 how much more G1065 indeed G982 of the cares of life?
“Not know that angels sentence whether indeed present existence?”
Paul asks if they know that they are going to sentence the angels, if so, certainly they should be able to judge in their present existence. This phrase is where we struggle. We may have an answer but it is not blatantly clear.
Let’s start with the first phrase we are suppose to know. Jesus said the world was judged.
Jhn 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
The first part in the judicial system of the Elohim is the Father judging the world. The second part is the sentencing phase which is sometimes carried out by the saints. While judicial hearings are concluded for the world and pronounced, the sentencing is still in the future. The ungodly are condemned already, and some are bound. The saints will pronounce the sentencing.
Joel prophesied about the saints coming as an army. We have studied this in depth so I will leave the links below. The context is the Day of the Lord. On that day the saints come back to earth with Jesus to cover every inch of the earth and to exterminate anyone who is left.
Jol 2:1 (Brenton) Sound the trumpet in Sion, make a proclamation in my holy mountain, and let all the inhabitants of the land be confounded: for the day of the Lord is near;
Jol 2:2 for a day of darkness and gloominess is near, a day of cloud and mist: a numerous and strong people shall be spread upon the mountains as the morning; there has not been from the beginning one like it, and after it there shall not be again even to the years of many generations.
Jol 2:3 Before them is a consuming fire, and behind them is a flame kindled: the land before them is as a paradise of delight, and behind them a desolate plain: and there shall none of them escape.
Jol 2:4 Their appearance is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they pursue.
Jol 2:5 As the sound of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, and as the sound of a flame of fire devouring stubble, and as a numerous and strong people setting themselves in array for battle.
Jol 2:6 Before them shall the people be crushed: every face shall be as the blackness of a caldron.
Jol 2:7 As warriors shall they run, and as men of war shall they mount on the walls; and each shall move in his right path, and they shall not turn aside from their tracks:
Jol 2:8 and not one shall stand aloof from his brother: they shall go on weighed down with their arms, and they fall upon their weapons, yet shall they in no wise be destroyed.
Jol 2:9 They shall seize upon the city, and run upon the walls, and go up upon the houses, and enter in through the windows as thieves.
Jol 2:10 Before them the earth shall be confounded, and the sky shall be shaken: the sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their light.
Jol 2:11 And the Lord shall utter his voice before his host: for his camp is very great: for the execution of his words is mighty: for the day of the Lord is great, very glorious, and who shall be able to resist it?
The next phase is to gather the mixed genos, they are then taken away. This is all in preparation for the millennial kingdom. The ungodly have to be removed from the earth.
Jol 3:1 Brenton For, behold, in those days and at that time, when I shall have turned the captivity of Juda and Jerusalem,
Jol 3:2 I will also gather all the Gentiles, and bring them down to the valley of Josaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and my heritage Israel, who have been dispersed among the Gentiles; and these Gentiles have divided my land,
Jol 3:3 and cast lots over my people, and have given their boys to harlots, and sold their girls for wine, and have drunk.
Jol 3:4 And what have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Sidon, and all Galilee of the Gentiles? do ye render me a recompense? or do ye bear malice against me? quickly and speedily will I return your recompense on your own heads:
Jol 3:5 because ye have taken my silver and my gold, and ye have brought my choice ornaments into your temples;
Jol 3:6 and ye have sold the children of Juda and the children of Jerusalem to the children of the Greeks, that ye might expel them from their coasts.
Jol 3:7 Therefore, behold, I will raise them up out of the place whither ye have sold them, and I will return your recompense on your own heads.
Jol 3:8 And I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hands of the children of Juda, and they shall sell them into captivity to a far distant nation: for the Lord has spoken it.
The children who have been trafficked, the children who have been abused by the mixed genos, the children who have been scattered will rise up and take the mixed genos into captivity into a remote place. The saints are the ones who comb the earth looking for the ungodly. Remember that this is taking place on the Day of the Lord, the saints are preparing for Jesus’ millennial kingdom on the earth which means all the evil ones have to be removed.

Enoch adds to this idea and Jude reiterates it.
The Book of Enoch 1:1 The words of the blessing of Enoch, with which he blessed the elect and righteous, who will be living in the day of tribulation, when all the wicked and godless people are to be removed (from the earth). 2 And he began his story saying: (I am) Enoch, a righteous man, whose eyes were opened by God, and who saw the vision of the Holy One in heaven, which the angels showed me. And I heard everything from them, and I saw and understood, but it was not for this generation (to know), but for a remote one which is to come.
Enoch was writing for a future generation. David also wrote many psalms into the fulfillment or the end of the age. Daniel was told to seal up the words until the end when the knowledge will increase. It seems like all the prophets wrote about this time period, the last generation. The last generation is for those who are left after Christians will be harpazo’d and come back on the Day of the Lord. This is why the time period of the mysteries of Christianity, the multifaceted wisdom of the Elohim, were hidden. So that the fallen sons of God did not know the saints would not be on the earth in this last generation. Let’s remember that Revelation tells us that one third of the stars will be thrown to earth, meaning one third of the angels are fallen beings who will be bound to earth in the last seven years. What kinds of mischief can they get into with the manfaced who are left on the earth during the tribulation?
The Book of Enoch 1:3 As I began my story concerning the elect I said, The Holy Great One will come out from His dwelling, 4 And the eternal God will tread on the earth, (even) on Mount Sinai, and appear in the strength of His might from heaven. 5 And all shall be very afraid. The Watchers shall shake, and great fear and trembling shall seize them all the way to the ends of the earth. 6 And the high mountains shall be shaken, and the high hills shall be laid low, and shall melt like wax in the flame. 7 And the earth shall be completely torn apart, and all that is on the earth shall be destroyed, And there shall be a judgment on all. 8 But with the righteous He will make peace; and will protect the elect and mercy shall be on them. And they shall all belong to God, and they shall prosper, and they shall be blessed. And the light of God shall shine on them.
This is the Day of the Lord. Enoch didn’t call it that, but all the characteristics are there. The earth will be torn apart, remember Romans 8, the earth is groaning and travailing awaiting for the revealing of the sons of God on the Day of the Lord.
The Book of Enoch 1:9 And behold! He comes with ten thousand of His holy ones (saints) to execute judgment on all, and to destroy all the ungodly (wicked); and to convict all flesh of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.

Jude reiterates this. Since we cannot dissect it from the book of Enoch we will dissect it in the AP and the LXX-WH

We see the LXX-WH notes the same word twice, prophesy or foretell. It also notes holy people instead of holy things that come in myriads with Yahweh. The reason they are coming is to downward judge or bring heavenly judgment.

“Make judgment downward all and rebuke all the ungodly all soul/life/breath about all the work ungodliness theirs this ungodly and about all the violent this speak downward their sinful ungodly.”
We find one variation, the word “soul”, psuchē meaning “breath, soul, or life”. Usually more properly translated “breath of life”. It comes from the word psuchō, “to breathe or forcible respiration”, this is different from pneuma meaning “spirit, wind, breeze or breath”. Psuchē further parses to pneō “breath or blow” and aēr “lower air”. Why is this important? It is giving us a specific place that the saints coming with Jesus are going to do their rebuking, on all beings breathing the lower air. This is important. We judge and rebuke the ungodly, all life on earth regarding all the works of ungodliness, their ungodly violence and ungodly sin.
Halfway through the tribulation the seven thunders speak but we are not told what they say. We can ascertain that they say something along the lines of casting out the fallen sons of God from the upper heavens because the timing is when the two witnesses go up and Jesus is coronated and all the kingdoms of the earth become the kingdoms of our Lord and Christ and he shall reign forever. When Jesus is coronated the dynamic of the tribulation changes. The one hundred and forty four thousand youths, who are virgins who have not lied, who are from the twelve tribes, are taken up, harpazo’d, after the coronation. But also at that time, some beings come down, Satanas and his army are cast out of the upper heavens. Three and one half years later, Yahweh comes with myriads of saints, to execute downward judgment. Is it possible that our judgment will include these angels who were cast out of heaven?
If we look at the context of Jude, Jude says the angels that left their private dwelling oikētērion have been judged, krisis, and kept in the infernal region, shackled and kept an eye on.
Jude 6 G32 Also angels G5037 G3588 G3361 not G5083 keeping G3588 their own G1473 G746 sovereignty, G235 but G620 leaving G3588 their own G2398 G3613 dwelling-place, G1519 [6for G2920 9judgment G3173 8of great G2250 7a day G1199 3bonds G126 2in everlasting G5259 4under G2217 5 the infernal region G5083 1he keeps].
“Angels also not watch/keep and eye on the their origin (archē, ruler) contrariwise leave behind the one’s own/private dwelling/habitation into judgment mega day shackle eternal under gloom/nether darkness watch/keep an eye on.”
The idea of “keeping an eye on”, tēreō, is the same word we saw in Genesis 3:15, the seed of the woman keeps an eye on the head of the seed of the serpent, and the serpents seed keeps an eye on the heel of the woman’s seed. The angels did not keep an eye on their primal origin. On the contrary they left behind their own private habitation. Enoch told us that they were eternal and immortal. We are going to be eternal and immortal if we believe on Jesus as Lord and Messiah. They were eternal and immortal and took off their own private habitation, residence, or house. Our own private house is where we live. This could mean the physical house or the fleshy house, our body. Either way it was a private house, meaning no one else lived in it. Since we generally don’t live alone in a wooden framed house, but we do live alone in a house of flesh and bone, these angels left their physical form. We can see that the angels were not keeping an eye on their first primal origin and left their first original rulership, archē, behind for one that would go through a judgment on the great day, being shackled until then.
Angels left their own private bodies which were eternal and immortal. Jude then goes on to describe all the wickedness of humans. Is he trying to make a connection that the angels who are now shackled started something that snowballed on the earth? He mentions Sodom and Gomorrah. He mentions Moses’ body that was buried under rocks in Baal-Peor, which was the attempt to get the Israelites to carry around Moses’ bones. Jude brings up the way of Cain, Balaam, and Korah. Jude calls these evil beings hidden reefs and clouds without water blown in the wind. They are trees without fruit, twice dead, and uprooted. So far Jude attributes the wicked things in the world to the angels that left their own private eternal and immortal bodies. They are now twice dead, fruitless, useless clouds, blowing, and hidden reefs, undercutting humans with entertainment, suneuōcheō . There is a lot in that context. He continues in verse 13 saying that they are rogue waves that foam out or exhibit a wild passion to their own shame.

“Wave wild the sea foam out the itself shame star/euphon (glass harmonica) rover this the gloom/nether darkness obscurity into the age watch/keep and eye on.”
These stars are erratic wanderers who are kept an eye on in the infernal regions. Their progeny, the heirs of the Nephilim, are the cause of all the evil that Jude has pointing out. It is not that manfaced is not capable of evil, as Cain was not genetically altered, but the genetically altered allos genos do lead the way in wickedness on the earth.
Stars are usually a reference to “angels”. The word used here, astēr, is euphon, which is a glass harmonica, or the idea of harmonics which tells us that they not only disrupted the frequency of the heavens they disrupted the frequency of the earth.
https://musingsofawinsomeheart.blogspot.com/2019/09/stars-istehar-euphon-heavens-declare.html
These stars that originally left their own private habitation are in shackles. There are various places of punishment in the heavens for each type of sin and when those beings sinned. On the second heaven Enoch recounts certain angels asking for prayer in a place of darkness. Think of the timing here. These are not the angels that cohabitated with women, these are apostate angels. Their rebellion must have happened prior to Enoch, maybe even prior to the adam.
The Secrets of Enoch 7:1 And those men took me and led me up on to the second heaven, and showed me darkness, greater than earthly darkness, and there I saw prisoners hanging, watched, awaiting the great and boundless judgment, and these angels (spirits) were dark-looking, more than earthly darkness, and incessantly making weeping through all hours. 2 And I said to the men who were with me: Wherefore are these incessantly tortured? They answered me: These are God’s apostates, who obeyed not God’s commands, but took counsel with their own will, and turned away with their prince, who also (is) fastened on the fifth heaven. 3 And I felt great pity for them, and they saluted me, and said to me: Man of God, pray for us to the Lord; and I answered to them: Who am I, a mortal man, that I should pray for angels (spirits)? Who knows whither I go, or what will befall me? Or who will pray for me?
Anonime. The Book of the Secrets of Enoch . Axioma. Kindle Edition.
We have imprisoned angels all over the heavens according to Enoch, this is just one group. But we also have principalities, archē, primal origin, and powers. They are all around us and answer to Satanas.
Rom 8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Rom 8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Paul tells us again that there are principalities and powers in the heavens. We are in a spiritual battle with these beings, principalities, powers, the dark ruler of the world, and spiritual wickedness.
Eph 3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Not only did Jesus create these beings, he stripped them, openly.
Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Col 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
While none of these verses tell us clearly and as precisely as Paul put forth in his statement to us, “don’t you know you will judge angels”, we can say maybe we do. We will be judging and sentencing wicked people and altered genos, we may be judging angels, not just the fallen, not just the imprisoned, and not just the cast out of heaven, but maybe also the ones who are ministering spirits sent to the heirs of salvation. While it would be nice to see it plainly written, in our day it isn’t referenced and accessible common knowledge as it was in Pauls day. I wonder why anyone would want to hide that information from us? Just as Jesus’ reference to the scripture doesn’t show up in our canonized Bible we know what he was talking about. The same holds true here with Paul’s question about us knowing that we are going to judge the world and the angels. Paul said it as if we all would know that. Jude points out that all the evil in the world is attributed to the angels who fell and that their evil heirs will continue to cause manfaced to sin until the Day of the Lord. On that day Jesus comes back with his saints executing judgment. After the millennial kingdom the great white throne judgement takes place before the new heaven and new earth. Therefore Paul’s statements should be understood by us as our future responsibility. We can judge the smallest matters among men and judge our present existence in a spiritual world.
